She was drugged, taken advantage of, no one believed her and she just went on this trip. It made me so sad to see you like that Dymond. You are such a beautiful person! Mental health is real especially people of color, I recently found out I have panic attacks due to traumatizing events in the past. The doctor tried to get me to go get evaluated with the physiologist but I was like I'm fine I didn't want to believe I have mental issues. Also I can never go to sleep anymore due to stress this is something that needs to be spoken about more. I'm proud of you dymond ♥️

I use to have really bad panic attacks too due to severe pain from a condition I will have the rest of my life & something that happened that was traumatic for me. As time went on they have subsided. I was on meds for it tho & I also had to see a psychologist when I was 21 when I had to be in pain management for my condition. I never knew how helpful she would be for/to me. Back to my panic attacks my regular doc had me on a small dose of Xanax since I was very young at the time. I was on it from 14-16 yrs old. As a 28 yr old woman now I still have difficult times & it’s life I know, but we all deal with things differently. Thank u girl for sharing your story & apologizing. I see your growth. It takes time & you will get there!!!!
