Hiii Dy'mond pretti gurl, I love this style of q and a you did in this video!

As someone who lifts weights and eats to gain, it reasonable to think she’s got nothing done. I looked back at her old videos. Yeah she was skinny and lean, but she’s always had some type of shape. If you learn how to weight lift and do progressive overloading and you are consistent with a diet that helps build muscle, u can definitely see major changes in your body over time. I believe it just cause I understand it that way

It is dangerous for young women to have unrealistic expectations of what their body would look like, were they to gain weight. Hips are bone structure. A person cannot gain enough weight to drastically change their hip to waist ratio by natural means.
