I love this song and you guys did a great job. This song has deep meaning for me. A few days after I watched this film with my mum, I had a sudden cardiac arrest lasting 37 mins and was very ill. Doctors said they didn’t know how I was alive and they said I’d be brain damaged. My mum, who never left my bedside throughout my coma (which I could hear everything by the way) played the album pretty much all the time. She sung ‘this is me’ because it was my favourite song from the track, being disabled myself. While she was singing, I opened my eyes for a brief time and the doctors were amazed. They decided to send me for another scan and found brain activity. I don’t have severe cognitive brain damage thank god, and although I’m now a full time wheelchair user, I’m happier than I’ve ever been. Sometimes, when I’m having a bad day about being disabled, I listen to this song again. Your version is so beautiful, you made my day.

You are blest to have a mother who loves you without limitation. With your sharp mind, chair or not, you can create light for our world.

When I heard this song in theatres, I cried and had chills throughout the entire movie. Despite listening to the soundtrack a thousand times since then, this is the first time I've felt like I did back then. This song means so much to me, I've been dealing with anxiety and depression in addition to people at school being not so nice about my autism, so to hear this song performed in such a raw way only emphasizes its messages of being proud of who you are no matter what others think

Twighlightmoon everyone can sing. You just have to find your type of song. I have a very fragile voice that often cracks, but if I find a song that it makes sense with(a song about crying), I can still sing. Everyone has their songs❤️😘😉

Katka Spisakova You can also train your voice if you want to sing specific songs, musical theatre needs lots of technique, but you just need to practise, practise and practise!! If you can talk, you'll be able to sing whatever you want someday😊

I searched and searched for a version of this song that would be perfect for my brothers funeral and as soon as I heard your beautiful version I had goosebumps and knew it was the one. We buried my brother last week and this song this version was played and it was perfect. Thankyou for making this version and for me been able to say one last time that I was so proud of who my brother was xx

Matthew Allen In my language teachers count “an acappella” as in “ a cappella” as one word too. So I always thought it was written “accappella”. I knew that a cappella was a cover, where every sound is human made. I never realised it was spelled this way. I learned a lot from this video. I hope, I am not the only one, who grew up writing it as one word though. Thank you again
