If people just stop buying this stuff the prices will go down but they know that we're going to pay it. I'm not. I bought my Honda Odyssey for $4,200 had it for 5 years. I used to pay a dollar for a gallon of milk and now it's near four dollars. This was not that long ago.

@Dont_click_this_profile yea you must be under 35. Back in the day there where hardly any cars with remote start from factory. And if you had the money to order a Fortin, Firstech/Compustart remote start you had better taken you car to some real auto/sound experts or you car would no start at all

@@chicken29843 ok let’s say 2 people are in a burning building, person 1 has a 4 second head start to get out of the building, person 2 does not he/she does in the burning building. And as we know with most cars and trucks you not supposed to just start your vehicle and pull off. You have to let your vehicle fluids get around you engine and cooling system. So that’s one of the main reason for auto start.

@@chicken29843I can tell you exactly the reason: WINTER, 20 BELOW ZERO….gotta get to work at 7AM. Remote start heats up your vehicle and heated seats by the time you get to it. Now, for anyone not living in Chicago in January l, it’s useless.

For the longest time, and this may still be true, the Nissan Versa in the US *was* just a rebadged Sandero. Seriously in the Top Gear episodes where James is talking about them look at the picture and then look up a Nissan Versa of the same model year. It is the exact same car.

Very nice price and features for the price! Sadly, it's a Nissan. Be lucky if it gets 30k miles before something major breaks down.
Great job making the Versa seem interesting. Love the videos. Please continue to provide us with interesting and entertaining content.

Not even close...might sound good to say but it's not even close. Also, as engineer, I know Nissan has the WORST reliability (CVTs broken @ 60k miles). Nissan is selling this at that price to compensate for their horrible reputation. Their former CEO Carlos Ghosn stole over a BILLION fkn dollars!
Forrest, I must confess your style is heated & ventilated with 1,500 horsepower sales swag.. 😂😂

Strongly considering the new 2023 Versa for my 70 mile (one way) commute......in 5 speed manual though. Always been a Honda/Toyota guy, but the best bang for your buck seems to be this Versa.

Just 2 years ago, the cheapest car was the 22 Chevy Spark at $13.8k which was a load of crap. This Versa is actually amazing for the price.
The only problem with Nissan is the transmission cvt they don't change it.

I had a 4 door versa. It wasn't a bad car until i ran in to the back of a Porsche 911 turbo at a stop light. Thank goodness i dont carry state minimum liability limits, because i could have been on the hook for paying about 15k in repairs
