This luxury class recipe inspires every gourmet. I got it from a celebrity chef in the UK, loved it so much I had to ask. It is important to follow all the details shown to make this pork tenderloin truly perfect. The little things are very important to create a perfect taste experience!

500 g pork fillet
Salt
black pepper
garlic
thyme
50 grams of butter
Tomato sauce:

2 chili peppers
1 red onion
250 grams of red tomatoes

In fact, in Poland thare is now way you would get pork tenderloins, salt, peper, mustard, mayonnaise, cherry tomatoes,thyme, and garlic is unknown at all. When I'm in Kaufland, I have to tell them this joke. Good job, bro and take care

Danke, interessantes Rezept, werde ich probieren ! Wenn ich mir "Lecker Lende" mache, wird mein Filet von Silberhaut, Sehnen und überschüssigem Fett befreit, in ca. 1 Zoll breite Scheiben geschnitten und über Nacht in feurigem Ayvar (gekauftes, weil ich keine Ahnung habe, wie man es selbst macht) eingelegt. Dann (am Tag des Festmahles) aus der Marinade genommen und scharf angebraten. Hitze zurück und die Marinade wieder rein, ein paar halbierte Coktailtomaten, Paprikastreifen und anteilmäßig ¾ der Marinadenmenge als Sahne, sowie ein Schuß Sandemann medium Sherry dazu. Das köchelt dann leise und gemütlich vor sich hin, bis die Schupfnudeln sich an der Wasseroberfläche zeigen und so ihre Bereitschaft zum Verzehr kommunizieren. Dekoriert wird das Ganze mit frittierten Zwiebelringen. Einen lecker Weißherbst dazu und der Tag ist gerettet !
Ich wünsche jedem, der mit so viel Hingabe so etwas zubereitet auch, dass er die verdiente Anerkennung erhält! Ein großartiges Rezept, ein tolles Video! Wunderschön angerichtet!

Старания не = вкусу, т.к. весь вкус в таком исполнении, заберет хлеб и та тушеная обмазка, свиняка где то там пропадет, как просто шмат толстой ветчины - смысл запариваться с вырезкой ))

100%, неудобное есть из-за толщины хлеба и куска вырезки. Вырезка будет нелегко откусываться и сломает всю композицию с первого раза. Ну и примитивно несколько всё

Мде, ещё и свинина не до конца прожарена, а с ней так нельзя. Это же не говядина. Короче, херня! На 5* рестика не тянет точно. Так бабушкино блюдо.

Bravissima deve essere buonissima!
Great creation with extraordinary ingredients, but you would have to dislocate your jaw to eat it.
Always add a touch of alcohol to tomatoes. Like a splash of vodka here would work fine. The alcohol unlocks certain flavors that are never present without. Just add at the simmer and it will add another dimension to your tomato products.

I would suggest koniak or wine with the pork, much better combination of flavour 🙂.

I'm a keen amateur & tbh I'd put the loin in a hotter pan & whole, add butter sooner for a browner crust, cut the medallions after rested. But hey, there's more than one way....

Kurze Frage: nachdem das Schweinefilet auf den Knoblauch und Thymian gelegt wurde (also in der Luft hing), kam es dann in den Backofen oder was ist dann damit passiert? Das sieht man leider in dem Video nicht.

She is using a Damascus knife. They are very expensive however, they hold a very sharp edge and do not need sharpening very often. They are made of multiple layers of steel forged together. You will never need another knife again if you own one of these. Cannot tell by the handle which brand she is using but the blade style is German. Good quality Damascus knives start around $200 and up. Hope that helps.
