They don't have it - I kept asking for it but they didn't do it. Rb is all built into the client

I can’t play on PokerStars unfortunately. The Canadian government took over the gaming industry in Canada and requires the submitting of ID, facial recognition, etc. I submitted my credentials, again, and they won’t accept it. It’s pretty frustrating being able to play on PokerStars, then after the government takes over, I can’t play, even though it’s the same paperwork I submitted before the government took over. Quite the bummer.

I’m a Canadian-born citizen living in Canada too, with no criminal record or debt. Zero reason for me to not be allowed to play besides that the system the government implemented has technical errors.
