I'm going to try this on my over 65 eyes. I appreciate your videos because you get right to the point without a huge intro, unnecessary talking. I have learned so much from you, you're teaching makeup application and not just trying to sell products.

I love Wayne’a tutorials! I’m turning 40 this year and I’ve noticed that when I apply so much concealer (like I did when I was younger) it looks so heavy. He’s right, my under eye area is not as firm and smooth like it used to be so when I put too much concealer it’s so noticeable. Ty for this new method!

Tried this today🍾👏🏻🥰. Concealer was not an issue until hitting my 60’s. I “thought” it was, but the creepy skin combined with wrinkles is a tough combo. Your less is more approach is much appreciated. Thanks for not forgetting about a mature demographic that will go to their graves wearing a tightline. 🙏🏼

I watched this concealer video last night, and the night before the highlighter over 40 video (I’m 59 but am frequently told I look much younger…thank you mom). When I applied my makeup this morning I followed your guidelines from both videos. I had a Google meet first thing at work and several coworkers commented that I looked very pretty on the screen! Thank you! Excellent advice. You are my guru💄

Hi Wayne, love your vids - as a 48 year old, realising that my old basic minimalist make up routine sits worse and worse, you've helped me figure out ways to look decent again. I haven't found anything by you about lips with lip creases and wrinkles around the area, which is my biggest gripe, and I am sure many others. I wonder if you could address this at some point.

I saw this pop up on my screen and immediately hit play, concealer doesn’t work the same way at 45.

Your videos are perfection. I don’t bother watching anyone else for makeup.

Dear heavens, yes, this is what I needed to accommodate the more mature skin - thank you Wayne 🙆‍♀️🤗 Rabbit eyes lol 😆 🐇

Will be trying this technique tomorrow. Now in my mid 40s, I’ve been noticing how unflattering concealer is on my under eye area. But I cannot stop using it since I have heavy dark circles. Thank you!

As someone with “young” skin, I do this technique as well. It’s just overall better, more natural and extremely subtle. While yes the triangle under the eye adds more light, it makes the undereye very dry and cakey looking, due to us having thin undereye skin. The less the better. I think the triangle technique is good however for photoshoots, movies, etc.

Yeah that triangle method is also good for the manufacturers and retailers bc you run out of concealer twice as fast!

@@laviniasnow4494 ~ try just using a brightening primer…it smooths and brightens until your lines get deep. Almost invisible close up.

WOW! The difference is dramatic. This is why I just can't get enough of Wayne's videos.

That works pretty good. It doesn’t even go directly under the eye where the dark circle would be yet brightens it up. Well done.

Same. I wish there had been this much amazing and fun makeup (not to mention cheap makeup that is actually good quality) when I was young enough to feel my best wearing it. I still enjoy it but it isn't as fun when you have so many more issues to deal with that make some stuff just not look good. I definitely started to skip a lot of interesting content because it just isn't for a 40-something. Or it's a 20 yr old telling me how to cover their non-existent "dark circles"...

Brilliant!!! I'm 29, so not over 40 yet, but I've always hated the first method of applying concealer. I've had fine lines under my eyes since I was a teenager, plus I get eczema around that area, so I could never get concealer to work for me. This looks so much better. I think everyone should be applying concealer this way.

Your videos are ALWAYS sweet! I'm not 40+ yet, 5 years to go, but I love this! I hate using a lot of product, especially under the eyes. I never did the instabaddie triangle and the darkness under my eyes spreads right to the edge of my eye sockets- making it super noticeable and hard to conceal by using the "dot inner corner-dash outer corner". Even if blended perfectly, there's always a shadow where that orbital bone is. Especially if my face is puffy:/ THIS brings me joy!!!!! Brightness and easy blending. Thank You So!!! Love it! My lines are so emphasized when I put concealer under entire lid, so I’d buy concealer and try it, then they just end up in my drawer. Getting a hydrating concealer and focusing on the unmoving part of lower lid works wonders. And I’m only dark on inner corners.
