Hi Coach Melannie, first up, I just wanna say that YOU have a beautiful feminine energy yourself! =-) As a 41-year-old male, I tend to be attracted to women in their 20's who display maturity and emotional stability or women in their 30's who display youth (as well as mental / emotional stability). You mention that a woman will say things like "You look great today!" This reminds me of a girl I used to know who worked in a coffee shop who was about 10 years younger than me. On several occasions she said something similar, I caught her looking at me through sideways glances, she even once invited me to go see her while she was housesitting for her uncle for a week! I'd seen her many times and she'd always seemed the most mature and stable of all the staff - but she had a boyfriend closer to her age she'd been seeing for a few years. I had another girl earlier this year who I would guess to be about 15 years younger than me. She was stunning in every way and approached me and started a conversation at the beach which probably lasted 20 minutes. Everything was awesome, all indications she was waiting on me to make a move, except during the middle of the conversation she said "my boyfriend was in London at the time...." which is obviously completely different to "my boyfriend at the time was in London...". I should have probed further in case she misspoke, but I didn't. In both situations, a woman who gives off signals while in a relationship could be considered low-value, however the reason I was attracted to them was due to their seemingly higher emotional intelligence. However I was hoping to get your opinion as both a female and Christian on whether I should have acted on those scenarios? Cheers.

Honestly, now that I'm older, I got better things to do than to be trying to figure out all these "signs," I totally understand that women try to court a different way but my mind is super busy with important things. Personally, I will not feel "less" masculine if she's just straightforward about it but when your mind is full with studies 12-14 hrs a day, my mind is trying to calm down not learn more lol those compliments, flirting, could also just be them being nice, I've had women do it over and over and sometimes I ask them out, but apparently they have boyfriends lol so you can see all these signs and it still might not be it. That being said, don't give up if you're looking for a relationship. Good women are out there.

@@myredprobe2675 you're correct, this could also be it. I am 10x more confident, funny and charming when I have zero intentions and so that's why they send the cues, but if my mind even goes towards asking them out, I tend to overthink things. So you might be correct.

This woman truly knows what she is talking about. Despite marketing herself as a christian dating coach, most of what she says is true for people of all beliefs. I could be wrong, but most women like her don't seem to be born in America anymore. People say a man needs to be a man to put a woman on her feminine. The true test of a man though is if a woman is in her feminine (at least outside of things like athletic and career persutes) from the moment she meets a man. When she is, it is so much easier for a man to be a real man, and she will be able to separate the men from the boys much quicker.

I've listened to Melanie's advise and in all of the years I've had relationships with women, I never had to go thru the cat and mouse game she is speaking about, ever ! Obviously, the present day woman has never been taught by their mothers on how to have a relationship with a Man. They've learned it all wrong, not from a genetic way but from the internet or woman's magazine on how to get a man. And we men, who do know, have to pick up the pieces of their broken lives and carry that burden on how to teach them the basics. They have no motivation to do it on their own. But, once a man she has been with until she gets healed... Off she goes from what she learned. I feel stressed out just thinking about all the emotional junk that I'd have to put up with....and it's just too heavy anymore. I'm going back to my peaceful spot alone and not worry about being loved by a woman. The cost is just too damn great.

How can you know if she is showing interest or just she is friendly? I mean, if she is just hearing and she is supportive in a general way, that means is beeing friendly? Those are great questions! A couple of pointers that help are to look for as many signs as possible. Seeing at least 5-6 is often enough to be confident that she's interested. Also, if she shows the sign repeatedly. For instance, if she asks questions about you in one conversation and that's it, it's probably just her being friendly. But if she asks a lot of questions and looks for ways to talk to you often it's most likely a sign she likes you. I hope that helps! Thanks so much for your support!

What was in that "balloon" air you were sucking on at the end of the video? Laughing gas? I grew up around sisters and a mother so these things are like background noise in a room to me. Maybe that is my problem, because I grew up with watching all the signs of the flirting and the manorisms but, I saw it so much, I have a hard time telling if they are crushing, or just being friendly, because there is such a thing as "the friend zone".
