What happens when a sigma gets beaten into a shape by a society that doesn't understand them. I spent years thinking I was not your a or you elbow until I found out this was all that was wrong. I have a 16yr old son who I think is even more Sigma than myself. We nicknamed him murphy, he is so left field we were sure he was a through back to Irish blood. But no he's just another Sigma. A word of advice to parents of a sigma child. Never try to bluff a Sigma.

I've been a "Sigma" my whole life. It was extremely hard for me in my earlier years, but as the understanding of archetypes developed into a more coherent, categorized system, I was finally able to feel truly accepted as a certain "type" of personality. Of course not EVERY aspect applies to me but generally speaking, I've found a certain degree of understanding and comfort. Bottom line for me is: I'm doing my own thing. If you like it, you'll let me know. If it works out, great! if not, it was nice knowing you. Good luck, and thanks for a great time. (I'll cry in the shower later)

Good video Melannie. I would like to point out a detail here. While I understand what you mean...leading and chasing are two different things. Authentic men LEAD. Weak minded simpletons chase the girl. If a man is chasing a woman that means that SHE holds all of the control in the power dynamic and that is not authentic masculinity. When a man leads, he sets the stage, the boundaries, the frame and then asks the woman if she would like to join him on HIS journey together. This is not a one time thing but, becomes a standard, integral part of the relationship as both parties make decisions, mature and grow with each other. This may sound like splitting hairs but, words matter and in real life there is a big difference in how things play out. Thank you. Jeffrey Z. in SC

You helped me find my wife with your methods, and I have found great pleasure in pursuing her! I still pursue her and it works to help our marriage. No it's not perfect, we have our up's and downs, but we make it a point to appreciate something about each other every single day! Praying together also works wonders in our daily life, and every day I pray aloud in gratitude thanking God for sending her into my life! Great work you do Melannie, you help so many people do what works in relationships!

Too hot🙂 I best like to part about being the best version of your authentic self. I realize I am a codependent person and I'm actively working to be healthier and make better decisions in that area. Seeing my worth and fighting for my value when necessary , but still remain being open gentle and empathetic when it's right. Because of this area of my life that's needed attention, I have attracted anxious and controlling weman and sacred of the healthy. So this hits home. Thank you Melony!

My little sister Christina is 8 years younger than me, but she's 4 inches taller. I'm only 5/7 and she's 5/11, what aggravates and humiliates me. I'm the big brother, why her and not me? And then she complains about the flack she gets about, how tall are you, modeling, the weather, and of course, basketball. I wish I had her problems. We don't know where her height comes from, we are a short family, our dad is only 5/7 and our mom 5/3. Christina in grade school was a little girl, but around age 11 she started to shoot up an inch a month. Mom couldn't keep her in clothes. At 13 she was an inch taller than me at 21, and I've hated this, ever since. At age 17, I had a girlfriend at church camp, Connie, who was 5/8, especially like me, but this annoyed and irritated me, because I was being constantly reminded in how I was shorter than she was.

Hi Coach Melannie!!! I really like the last one: Invest in yourself. I think this one opens a lot of doors, and confidence is one of them. ---------- It is hard to choose a DONUT, I mean; they have a lot of toppings, like sugar, chocolate, strawberry, coconut, sprinkles, and many more. ---------- Have a nice day. May God bless you.

Too hot. The two traits I'm glad you mentioned are confidence and leadership. I believe they both go together, and a lady would certainly be appreciative towards a man for having those traits. It reached into the high 90's here in North Carolina over the past two weeks and we've had a drought. It did begin raining today and temperatures will be cooler next week with rain. Please stay hydrated. Have a great weekend and a safe week ahead. May God richly bless you. 🙏

"When you pursue, you're demonstrating good qualities..." Meanwhile, she's dating lesser men who have almost none of them.... I'm confident, strong, a genuinely fun person to be with, and also not a Niceguy. And the fact is, I went on 0 dates in the year 2023. It's not because I "didn't pursue" any women, it's not because I was "too scared" to ask them out. I literally go out of my way to meet people, and by extension meet more women, but the majority of them just don't take me seriously. And the ones that do, are already in a relationship or married, and thereby they're my friends because they're taken. Those female friends consistently make remarks like, "You'd make such a good protector, a hard worker" etc, yet the ones that are actually single just... don't seem to care. I'm not trying to imply that being a good person isn't worth it, that's not what I'm saying at all, but what I do want to express, is that "just be confident" rhetoric, in a vacuum, is not helpful. I had 911 called on me in spring 2023 for cold approaching girls on a college campus. I had a coworker not take me seriously and I lost her forever. And between those two things, I'm able to say that I'm still able to walk up to new women, but those things, whether I like them or not, happened, and I had no control over the situation. So yeah, we can hear from a coach that we can just go for it, and we can pursue, but she, as the lady, actually has to follow my lead if we're gonna get anywhere. So if you're gonna tell us to pursue, teach us also how to inspire compliance, in ethical ways of course, otherwise what's the point.

It’s about making decisions not being indecisive, doing your grind to what motivates you to succeed in your goals. It’s about being physically fit, women don’t want a man without self discipline. Dress well and have female friends, not girlfriends. Be kind.

All I would say is don't worry too much about the hierarchy. Don't try to be an Alpha male if it doesn't come naturally to you. Just be yourself and strive to do the best you can. Most men who are themselves and are confident with it give off tons of masculinity without even realising it
