I use to watch this because he had a heart for the people God put on his heart. Now we barely get an hour and not as frequent. Why is it the more popular they get, the less they give of themselves? 🔥🔥🔥

Hey pastor Chris, I have not gotton baptized in The Spirit nor in the water baptism. I want to get both, but so far in my walk with the Lord, I am wondering would getting water baptized allow me to go alot deeper with the Lord. I want to get water baptized but I do really understand the full importance of it, and I am wondering if maybe part of the reason why part of this walk with Christ is hindered because of me not getting baptized. And if I got baptized I would hear from the Holy Spirit and if I could get closer to God.

Definitely get baptized in water asap! You will be happy you did. Acts 2:38 NLT Peter replied, “Each of you must repent of your sins and turn to God, and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. Then you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. So you see this is a good order to follow. So if you’ve repented and turn to Christ now you can be baptized and then you can ask for the baptism of the Holy Spirit! Obedience to God will always produce intimacy. He desires our obedience not a sacrifice here and there yet we ignore what He is asking of us. Jesus is to be Lord of our lives and through letting Holy Spirit lead us we will have greater relationship with God, and intimacy, and we will be people who hear and know the voice of our Jesus and be able to enjoy Him!
