This is How Successful People Manage Time | Time Management Hacks

One of the most common phrases I hear is: I don't have enough time to go after my dreams and goals.
You do have a dream in your heart that God wants you to pursue. But if you’re always busy, stressed out, never have any time to work on your dreams, you’ll live and die with your dream still in you... having impacted nobody.
Okay, that was serious.
But, this is serious! You're dreams and goals are serious!
I want to show you how to manage your time so when we get back to normal life, you have a plan.
Are you ready to go after your dreams and goals without being stressed and overwhelmed? Watch this podcast video.

Stop multitasking to be devoted to excellence so only do one thing at a time. Say NO. Set up 90 minutes sprint sessions doing the most important tasks each day. Set social media limitations to an 1hr a day. Seize the minute not the hour. Thanks so much Ma'am. Will never do the same things again. What the devil meant with these lock down will be for our rising! Nigeria loves you!

Terri that was such a good message! And that part about "focus being more valuable than talent" is spot on. Too many of us are easily distracted. And are not focused and concentrating on the things that we can do to grow and better ourselves. Or just distracted even during conversations, church services and sadly even while driving. Your videos are always so helpful and encouraging. I look forward to them. And you are always so well dressed and look so put together. And your necklace is beautiful. Thank you for being such a blessing. I really appreciate it.

Do you have any suggestions for parents? I've got small children and even when I've blocked out time for something there are a lot of days where I cannot do any of it at the time I planned because of my responsibilities at home. And having an hour to myself is literally impossible

It is hard-my tips and how I got a teaching degree was to block and use the time they went to bed e.g. from 7-10.30pm (you may stay up later) every night. Also when they went to clubs I bring a book I needed to read, when running round in park with friends I read same book, ocassion family member would take then for a few hours. Spend your days with them the evenings are yours-obviously need good bedtime routine-oh and I would regularly get up before they did to get an hour or two to my self.

Please try to do more of your personal or work task when they are may be in school or sleeping. For the sleeping time, you will need to make their bed time early so you can get 2 or 3 hours before you sleep. So you can utilise the 2 or 3 hours for yourself. Hope this helps..

I am an admin assistant and I find it hard to time map or say no since it is “my job”. Do you have any advice, resources or videos that would help me? I have been a bit overwhelmed and stressed at work. This is a new job since Feb this year. I come in to work and event if I have a time map for myself, I get emails and texts asking to do this, do this, do this. So then I end up not getting done what I intended.

People tend to judge what they cannot understand. Some even do it out of jealousy to prevent you from accomplishing your goals. You need to do what's best for you/whats right/what suits your lifestyle and preferences. Do not second guess yourself coz what works for you could be weird for them and vice versa. Yeah, it makes you do a double take wondering perhaps you could be overdoing things but ultimately it's your life and you need to set your priorities in order. Besides, if it works for you and as long as you're not harming anyone go for it. I've been doing all of these things listed above, so I'm constantly seen moving around in an urgent pace with my to-do lists/projects and what not- sometimes my folks wonder what I'm up to but I've accomplished so much I never expected & it's made me very enthusiastic to wake up in the morning. Hope this helps🌻.

You sound like you are frustrated. And if you are then that's ok. Sometimes we all get frustrated. It may seem as if nothing has changed. But please know that things aren't always the way they seem to be. You said you've been listening to motivational messages and staying positive. That means, and this is just me speaking, that you have spent time developing yourself and growing as a person. And that is never a waste of time. Also that's proof that something has changed. Or rather someone being you. In life we should keep growing, learning and developing ourselves. Now if you mean you haven't accomplished your goals. Then break them into smaller, bite sized, goals and even put a timeline on them. Like "I want to lose 15 lbs in 10 months." And work on your nutrition and exercise plan as well as watching what you say both about and to yourself during that time. I don't know if any of this is helping you. I just know what it feels like to be frustrated and wanting to see some tangible change in your life. So I just want to encourage you not to give up. Also being positive doesn't mean denying reality. It's just more of a glass half full instead of glass half empty mentality.
