Eriksen who isn’t know for his attacking prowess and just had open heart surgery and currently plays with an artificial heart vs a 24 year old live wire who can chase and attack for 90 minutes straight, can score and defend too. How do people like you exist and make it through life ? Eriksen is better in passing accuracy, you really think Erik Ten Hag care about passing ? If you don’t see what he’s trying to create with Antony, Rashford, Mount, Fernandes, Kane and Onana then you’re brain dead. Jeez, this is why i wouldn’t have kids, imagine my son being this brain dead.

I must admit I haven't really been high on him but this looks impressive. I can already envision that's he's gonna be an Erikson replacement, not like for like but ten hag is looking for us to be more aggressive in and out of possession. Mount won't be ask to receive d ball from d keeper and set the tempo. We'll build up with our defenders and occasionally Bruno and casemiro. Mount will be charged with quickly transitioning our attacks so he can feed Marcus and our striker and he's a good goal threat too. Kinda relieving d burden from Bruno a bit, our attacks became too predictable because everything was being set up by Bruno. Ten hag is trying to diversify our playbook.(attack). And he's always good at pressing, that's a extra for d defense.

Mount's struggles at Chelsea and criticism by fans last season reminds me of Rashford's the previous season. Many wanted him gone because he was coming off a 5-goal league season where his confidence had jumped off the Burj Khalifa. ETH then came in and showed faith in him and he went on to have a 30-goal season, literally carrying United to Champions League football and the EFL trophy with his goals. Imagine if we had sold him to PSG. We would definitely have regretted it. Chelsea, it appears, don't have that much faith in their young players and they'll regret letting Mount go to United. He'll be completely reborn under ETH

I see why ten hang needs this guy. He is going to partner with the fullbacks and wingers and striker especially

Never thought I'd say it, but it looks like we have an English maestro in the middle of the pitch and a great one. Admittedly skeptical at first but have force feeding myself footage of a Mount and his graft is very welcome!

I heard a Chelsea fan say he was selfish. From this video this guy is as unselfish as they come. He’s literally always looking up to find an open teammate. I still think we need a bonafide superstar Center forward and we’ll be very ruthless. Rashy had a good half season but we waited almost 4 years for that. Until he shows it consistently, we still need an proven out and out goal getter.

Well put together. Clearly shows he's the atypical Erik ten Hag player and could really add something to our midfield both on and off the ball and he can't be judged on last season when every Chelsea player was awful. My only real concern being that he's not the cover we need for Casemiro when he's unavailable and it's not looking like we're really in for one.

Mount will partner Bruno in the advanced 8 roles and Casemiro sitting deep with maybe the RB tucking inside with him. After we’ve signed mount I hope the look for a back up for Casemiro in which Lavia would be great I’d personally prefer Moises Caicedo but sadly we’ve not been linked with him as far as I know

If we don’t sign a CDM I think we should give Alvaro Fernandez a try there. He suits the position more than a wing back imo, he’s quite big, strong and he’s a very good passer of the ball.
