Unpopular opinion but I hope they dont get back together. Kanoko still loves him, feels bad knows it was a misunderstanding and still doesnt do jack to get him back, she doesnt deserve him tbh

she actually does makes moves on him its just that she thinks he genuinely deserves better than her due to which her trying to get him back is so passive

She is ''KANOKO'' san, not 'Kanako' san.

I mean no communication on both there parts dude want to go back home and girl jus up and leave like anyone would know what to do in that kind of situation didn't even know if she want him to go after her if it was me I would have taken that as a break up too but I do hope they settle there feeling soon or it's gonna be a drag

She didn't break up. She was shocked by Nagomu's sudden decision to go home and take over the shop so she packed up and left. She expected Nagomu to come back after her and back away from his decision but he thought her packing and going away meant they were breaking up although nothing was said. They just need to be more communicative (especially Kanoko) about their feelings to clear the misunderstanding which they never do. Ehehe. I really hope they will someday, and soon!!
