Looks pretty good, but while you’re stuffing the chicken may as well throw some more stuff in there- like prosciutto, roasted red peppers, spinach, pine nuts, mushrooms, etc.

@@mamathemeat With this inflation, we have to budget very carefully. Everything is so expensive. Cheesy stuffed chicken is good. I'd add some sauteed spinach though.
