Good principles, but a pretty uninspiring example… Letting money be the incentive… More money, stronger incentive… That’s called salary, and it even works on people who don’t really need more money, they want a high salary because they think it’s a sign that they have an important job which they do well.

i learned a new word today!

Interesting video- a bit too philosophical rather than practical- a vision, mission, or whatever is usually just BS smoke you blow up a fool’s butt while you exploit their talents- until they quit- rule 1 - don’t be a total A hole! Having a Lack of People skills as an employer can only be forgiven by lots of cash- Steve Jobs was a total A hole- but he made people rich - can you give up control?
