Andy Tate was met by Jordan after the game, following the 5-0 defeat to rivals, Liverpool. An awful performance from Manchester United this evening, could this be the final nail in the coffin for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer?

I’ve watched all the reactions to the game but this by far is the most honest and spot on. I have been saying this for a while, Ole will not be sacked. Our only chance to move off of him is if he resigns. I watched his interview and I too laughed when he smiled and said now more than ever he wants to be here and move forward. We’re done moving forward under Ole. With all respect to what he has done and symbolizes for our great club, he needs to do what is best for everyone and resign. I’m afraid that will not happen and we are about to endure more bad times.

It was a TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE take that all the idiot fans bought into. Yes it was a very bad result. And we'd had a few. But we have to stick with a manager through the tough times to see the good times, and Solskjaer's football was easily the best we've seen since Sir Alex. We needed the right recruitment in places, which definitely wasn't bringing CR7 back. (SAF and Rio's decision) We needed to sign a Casemiro or even a young Declan Rice to start instead of McTominay. Instead we now have an absolute mess on the pitch after finally getting the manager fans were saying was THE ONE. With Solskjaer we were 2 or 3 great signings away from being quite special. Many rival fans knew it, they just pretended he was a joke to get rid of him. He beat City numerous times, even at the Etihad.

People don’t realise that Jurgen Klopp resigned from Dortmund after they finished in the Europa League places. He was not fired and they didn’t want him to go but, In his final statement, he stated that he felt the club needed a new manager and that he loved the club too much to see the bad form continue. If Ole is a true patriot of UTD, he will resign or make big big changes.

As a United fan for 24 years, this was my second sadest day as a United fan after fergies retirement. I am a United fan and would never support another club, but this is painful and I know every true United fan is hurting after that today… United will bounce back, but every single player on that team has to deep down think about their careers before playing the next game. Ole has to resign to allow someone else to do a proper job, if he doesn’t resign to me he’s selfish and only cares about the compensation but he’s out of his depth.

Arrogant af wen they score n can’t defend at all. Bissaka is a joke… can’t even hold the ball wtout panicking, lindelof shouldn’t even be in a womens team… I have been supporting MU before robson was captain…. I have never cared bout us winning or losing BUT how they performed…. Absolutely agree wt u wen SAF retired. I left a comment long time ago that MU will take bout 2decades to recover, i was blasted n label a plastic fan but IM glad now finally many realise wat ungrateful players we have now….

As a Liverpool fan, even I feel bad for Man Utd fans! I've gone through those times in the 90s and after Benitez left when I simply hated football and found no joy watching Liverpool play. From an outsiders point of view, the rot started waaaaay back just before Fergie left. To be honest Fergie managed to squeeze a title just before he left with a squad that was in decline and the board has thrown money on big name players to what seems to me to sell shirts rather than to a philosophy of playing as a squad. I feel Man Utd will improve at some point but it's going to get worse before it gets better!

We can talk about heart and passion. But we also need to tactical setup. The only way to play against Liverpool is to recycle the ball in the midfield by flooding the midfield with quality passers of the ball. Ie. Donny/pogba/ matic and even mata. Being brave enough to drop Bruno in these types of games simply because he isn’t effective. The ball over the top for Rashford was nullified because they brought in Konate to deal with Rashfords pace irrespective of how high a line they played. Outclassed. Out fought and most importantly our coached ! Ole is finished.

I will tell you what the badge means. I am from a place near to a town called Coimbatore in India which is called Manchester of South India because of industries especially textiles. Thats how I heard of the name Manchester in the early 90s before cable TV and live football matches. I used to read or hear about Manchester United in the BBC and I remember Man City getting relegated in the 90s. All I heard was Man Utd in BBC sport. Obviously I became a fan. The first season to telecast live in India was 2000 I think and seeing us play was so beautiful. I knew what the badge meant then. It meant never to give up. Never to think ourselves as underdogs. If we are confident in our abilities, we need not be underdogs. Whenever I am in any sort of trouble, I will think what would Man Utd do? Would we give up and fall over or dust ourselves and give our best shot. We will think about the result later. Everything I thought Man Utd stood for, Ole is taking it away from us. I love Ole as a player and he was my favourite after Gigssy but I do not like him even as a man for the way he is condesending to us fans. Lying through his teeth about United DNA. I am fed up of this. I was called a plastic, a muppet, to go support some other club, vile racist terms mostly in the paddock and but in the end, this is one of those situations where it does not feel good to be right. I knew I was right. I knew Ole was out of his depth from last year especially after the performance away to Leipzig. But fans like me were abused like anything. Now you know why Mactominay gets selected over Donny and Matic because he is Ole's lapdog. Probably cleans Ole's toilet. The favouritism and the lack of accountibilty is disgusting. Absolutely disgusting.
