Amazing analysis and ending! Red should probably skip 4 points for a small city, to avoid this situation, no? And at the end, I think putting the green fieldmeeple on the OTHER side of the curve is slightly more accurate. That way, with the same sequence, he would have been guaranteed to take 6 points with his last move with the bottom field, instead of 4 roadpoints.

Great point about the curve! As for the 4 point small city, forgoing it doesn't help Red's chances, surprisingly. This would put Red at +12 instead of +16, which means that Green doesn't need the final 4 road points anymore, which means that Green can now win the "boring" way - by drawing the quadruple city tile himself. On his penultimate turn, Green would have the same 1/3 chance to win, just with a different scenario.
