Wow.....Sadhuguru has been always a source of knowledge for so many people who wanna know about ancient yoga practice's.

The only time I ever had a slim and tone / 4 pack abs was when I did Hatha Yoga. I have pcos and this works. I just can’t concentrate on yoga.

These videos only scrape the depths of Sadhguru. Isha Hatha Yoga is probably one of the best schools of classical hatha yoga being taught on the planet right now. Excellent training. Outstanding hatha yoga teachers. The transmission of hatha yoga in its purest form. However, there are probably still a few less well known yogis and yoga teachers on the planet that uphold the sanctity of classical hatha yoga and practice it. They just do not have the marketing or big name like Isha and may not want to.

Just yesterday been to my uni yoga session for the first time and I was amazed how irresponsible they are doing yoga. Without any preparation or explanation we started doing different asanas, everyone was doing its own thing with no proper corrections. I contacted local Isha centre so maybe they can have some impact on it.

They do not publish it publicly probably because doing any form of yoga without a guru to guide you physically and mentally and to ensure you remain humble and calm during the entire process, may actually do you more harm than good. But I also dont see how someone far away from their yoga centers and few sparsely located city centers can realistically reap the benefits ? And to make things worse, they even charge you for it. So the best would be to find ancient scripts and writings for yoga on the internet and try to understand it and work it out.

Correct, I agree with you. Many Yoga facilitators don't know the Yoga. Just doing weird incorrect body movement and that too in vulgar clothing. Is this Yoga?? Sadguru should put attention to this form of wrong practices by illiterate so called practitioners
