They just phrased it wrong. It should have been by 7 years. Though the 1st 7 years are significant because you learn a language just by listening to it

@@fatherthankz I hated the alternations of love & fear. Adulthood feels like heaven on earth. And more so after I stopped speaking with the old paranoid tyrant guy who was supposed to be a father. He’s 90 now & hasn’t learned/changed, sad but true.😂

Its a change in development of their brain like for example a lot of people have no memories before 7 but then again I got memories from like 3 so who know anything really
