I was raised in a very poverty environment, my childhood till my last teen years I lived under the fists of my father being physically beaten all the time and mentally molded to believe my worthiness was anything but worth it thanks to my upbringing and dad. I’m within my 40s and thank goodness, I didn’t become a drug addict, alcoholic, or something as a result, but it does take a lot of rewriting and rewiring horrific life experiences, but I do believe all said here and similar videos is 100% true. Thanks for reminding me about the possibilities I needed this.

Me too and it's hard not to resent. But we picked a hard life to have greater obstacles for growth. Your wings will be huge in the real life that begins after this temporary hardship we will know more then those that had a charmed upbringing.

I have a house but I choose to sleep outside on the ground in a tent lol. I'm so into grounding. Try structured water next. Look it up. How much time you spend is not the important thing. Its repetition. Don't force things. You are technically forcing things when meditating, but even a moment of meditation helps. It begins with a moment to make a habit. It's the habit of doing it everyday that matters the most not the time. Even if you don't do everyday at first. making sure you take at least one moment to meditate by breathing in and out with eyes close. That is enough for a start. Its always best to start smart to work to bigger things.

How can we undue lack and poverty mentality in the womb and growing up

If you vibrate at the same frequency of the glass and you match the same vibration and it breaks don't make sense to me and here's why , if the glass is always vibrating at that frequency how come it only breaks omly when you match it s frequency. When the 2 vibrations match it shouldn't break right? Can anyone explain how that happens?
