I know this song since '79 - I was 20 at this time - I always feel the same emotion when listening to it ! Tears are never far, I am so much touched by this guitar solo... That PULSE live version is even better with a very long 2nd solo, David Gilmour took the time to buid it, and your emotion goes higher and higher... as he plugs his guitar directly to your soul.... And i always loved David's warm voice ! Dom, a 62 years old fan from France

What you just experienced is what 's called and EAR-gasm. I was lucky enough to see this tour back in 1994 in San Diego at the then called Jack Murphy Stadium (RIP). To date it is still the best concert I have ever been to and I have been to many, many concerts. Good reaction and I did subscribe.

I've seen them in concert in Miami in the 80's! The light show was just as much an experience as the performance! ♥️

Loved your reaction... These lyrics are so real to me... For different reasons than what theyre actually about... I went through a lot of mess with my father when I was young.. I got thru it but not without some scars... And like the song says .. Im numb to a lot of "ish"... I learned to play this on my guitar in my 20s.. And every time id play it I'd get super emotional.. Cause its like I was saying what I felt without actually speaking.. Pink floyd is like musical therapy for me.. Please react to more pink Floyd from their album "dark side of the moon" if you havent already? Again, great reaction.. I love watching y'all.. God bless and have a great night/day depending on where you are ☺❤

Is no one going to mention the meaning behind this song? The lyrics hit differently when you know that he wrote this after a personal experience. He had a stomach ache caused by nerves before a performance. Doc gave him a sedative and his hands were numb, mind blurry but the audience loved his performance. He talks about it in an interview and is quoted saying "That was the longest two hours of my life, trying to do a show when you can't lift your arm..." Fantastic reaction, y'all!!!!!! LOVE watching you both ❤

I just love hearing young people getting introduced to Pink Floyd and their nonpareil musical mastery. Lovely reaction and narration, you two. I'm coming in a bit late here, but welcome to the Pink Floyd Appreciation Club.

The only thing that can top the brilliance of Pink Floyd, is some more Pink Floyd. I’m lucky enough to have listened to them my entire life (45 yrs). My parents always listened to them, I’ve always listened to them, and now my kids. Even went on my first date with my husband to a Pink Floyd laser show at the Museum of Natural History and Hayden Planetarium in Manhattan. 2 yrs ago I was finally able to bring my daughter to see them in concert.
