I saw Elton John at Dodger Stadium at the time the duet was out. He brought out George Michael to sing the song with him. It was rumored he might appear at the concert.

I wouldn't be familiar with the music they grew up listening to, either. I haven't listened to modern music in over 20 years. I do hear a few here and there -- like on Instagram -- that I like, but I don't actively seek it out.

One of the best singer songwriters of the last 50 years, his albums Faith, Listen without Prejudice and especially Older are classics, he had a truly great voice, he was such a generous man giving away money all his life, he passed away on Christmas day, he just lay down and died aged just 53....he is much missed...

Made me laugh when Philip said that. "Guilty *feelings* got no rhythm" is how I've always heard it, and it's how the line will always go in my head, even if it's wrong. Guilty "feet"? What? What exactly was he doing with his feet to make their guilt stand out? 😂.

This song is credited as "Wham!" It came out in late 1984, and became the #1 song of 1985 in the USA. The sax riff is one of the most recognized in music history!!! There are some songs on George Michael's "Faith" album that are absolutely essential! They are "Faith," "Father Figure" and "One More Try." That album had SIX top 5 hits, including FOUR #1 hits! There are also some Wham! classics, like "Everything She Wants," Freedom" and "A Different Corner."

It was only credited as Wham in the USA I think, everywhere else it was a George solo record, the same with A Different Corner. Also in the UK, Listen without Prejudice and Older albums sold more than Faith

Hi Guys greetings from England 🇬🇧 Geoge Michael was a huge international singer and an English iconic singer who sadly and tragically passed away far too early. George was an exceptionally talented singer and you should check out George as lead singer with" QUEEN " singing SOMEBODY TO LOVE as a tribute to the late Freddie Mercury and this was George at his absolute best and it was an outstanding performance and so worth watching as his vocals are superb and you Guys will love this.

Agree "A Different Corner" is one of his best but "Praying for Time" is also amazing and the lyrics are still relevant today

George Michael is one of the best male singers - ever

George has a great catalogue of songs. Well worth a deep dive into his songs.

George was an amazingly talented artist and very generous human being, sadly missed.

George wrote this when a teenager. Also added his longtime school friend and musician in Wham! Andrew Ridgley to the credits so he could receive royalties as well especially after George died.

I highly recommend his songs “Faith” and “Jesus to a Child”. George Michael is simply amazing.

Great to see a George Michael reaction on the channel. He's one of my all time favorite artists. His song "One More Try" would definitely impress you.

George was a music icon. George was one of the most talented singer and songwriterr ever. One of my favorite is 'One more try' official video. I believe that most of his songs were very close to his real life experiences.

RIP. George Michael has a great catalog of music. Hope you do more. "Kissing A Fool" is one of those good songs.

Check out “Live at Concert of Hope 1993.” Geroge was such an accomplished singer and performed better in the studio than anything else. Definitely worth seeing “MTV unplugged 1996” simply amazing. One of the most moving performances for me was "A Different Corner" Live On BBC Parkinson Show. Geroge, we miss you

The 1st and last died in 2016...I may be wrong but I think the other 2 were both born in 1958🎩

George Michael was truly one of the greatest singer/songwriters of his generation. Most artists with that many hits are doing songs written by others, but he wrote them all. As a teen in the 80’s I remember how he was absolutely everywhere on the radio. Glad I got to see him live once back then.

He was the creative head of Wham! "Everything She Wants" and "I´m Your Man" are my favorite songs of the Group. From his slow solo stuff I would recommend Father Figure (MTV unplugged) and One More Try (Concert of Hope). These are probably the best known, but "Kissing A Fool" is my favorite. Alongside "Faith", "Freedom'90" and "Fast Love", "Spinning The Wheel" is absolutely worth listening to.

Pure natural talent. He wrote this and many of his other hits. He was an awesome music composer singer and songwriter. He was is a legend for sure.

I never really appreciated how good his voice was until he sang 'Someone to Love' in the (filmed) rehearsal and actual performance of the Queen tribute concert for the late Freddie Mercury. He absolutely crushed it - personally I prefer the rehearsal video as it shows David Bowie and Seal watching on approvingly. I suggest you check either performance out.
