Perk nailed it at the end! THEIR expectations are Finals appearance at least but the realistic expectations are 2nd round playoffs (maybe). This is why I kinda feel bad for JJ; he's inheriting a unrealistic scenario with a team already behind the 8 ball. I think he could be good if given the right runway but I doubt he gets it.

@@datkiddtho they start as assistants then moved on up. you wouldn't hire a fresh graduate to be ceo of a fortune 500 would ya? that's basically what the lakers is. lol if no championship, JJ is likely gone after 2 yrs max. it's one thing to hire a fresh face/mind on a stacked team ready to win, but it's another to try to go from play-in to champs in a year.

What a great segment, I loved Steven A not being there. It was straight up just about basketball. MJ wasn’t brought up and there was no yelling and every time Molly opens her mouth shes wise and it’s awesome to see her get more time to shine. Keep doing this ESPN. Molly knows basketball
