After my naval career I worked in the private sector carrying a gun for a living and I’ve seen many perverts like this and honestly I am glad he got unalived by some good guys. This man was a disgrace to those of us who served honorably.

Exactly. Am I the only one who recognized his 'MO [fetish]? Two small, small pre-adolescent girls? It sounds like he's been a regular in Bangkok or the Philippines. I suspect he has a criminal record overseas that was quashed due to naval influence and his rank. I hope Chris Hanson starts an investigation into his past. No telling how many children he's victimized.

They allow the use of those words in false accusations and false narratives but in situations where socially politically connected or wealthy criminals are involved and guilty... Narcissistic sociopathic social engineering networking networks are routinely running things for their purposes of self interest and self protection. Political agendas frequently manipulate government institutions so that falsely accused politically targeted innocent people are frequently hounded by well funded politically manipulated and politically motivated tax dollar spending creating a propaganda smear campaign environment. While simultaneously the actual criminals are often not treated in a similar manner even after they are repeatedly involved in criminal activities.

The guy says, "168." The robot then proceeds to talk about physics, space exploration, and medical technology. The guy leaves, but he is curious. So he goes back into the bar. The robot bartender says, "What will you have?" The guy says, "Martini." Again, the robot makes a great martini, gives it to the man and says, "What's your IQ?" The guy says, "100." The robot then starts to talk about NASCAR, Budweiser, and John Deere tractors. The guy leaves but finds it very interesting, so he thinks he will try it one more time. He goes back into the bar. The robot says, "What will you have?" The guy says, "Martini," and the robot brings him another great martini. The robot then says, "What's your IQ?" The guy says, "Uh, about 50." The robot leans in real close and says, "Isn’t it terrible the way the Corp has gone downhill"?😂

At first, I was a bit upset that a retired vet was gunned down by police, but then after hearing the situation, I'm glad it was the police, and not some girls dad. That would have been just as justified, but this way, the police get a small paid vacation, some innocent girl's dad wont go to prison, and the problem, at least with this one, has been definitively ended.

How NOT to tell police officers you are carrying a gun. If you are carrying a concealed handgun...LEAVE IT CONCEALED and keep your hands away from it and visible. TELL the officers you are legally armed and then follow their directions. SURPRISING officers with a firearm is NEVER a good idea. EVER.

@@noahboat580 You make a mistake in assuming that is what I thought THIS person was doing. I am using this as an example only, not a statement of what I think this person's intent was. I was a police officer for 36 years, now retired. I have seen people do things similar to this...to me. Many times. Or pull a gun out of their glove compartment to "show me" DON'T DO IT! And NO, I never shot anyone for doing it. You want to take chances? If you have a concealed carry license, or it is required in your state, the BEST way is to simply produce your CC license AND your driver's license at the same time. Then follow instructions. If a concealed carry license is not required in your state, either just tell the officer you are armed, OR just leave your gun concealed. My usual response when presented with a CC license was: "Thank you, are you armed now?" Yes "Where is your gun" Under my shirt on my hip "OK, just leave it there" No drama, no problems, no one gets hurt.

You have to look at his duty stations, and his positional authority. I was in Gitmo in the 90s, its a closed base but there are still families and once in a blue moon you get a guy on station who.... is quickly removed after being under heavy guard and often the Service Member/parents are flat out sat on so they don't endanger their own careers. I've heard ugly stories of Afghanistan and some families willingness to sacrifice a child so the family could eat. Other spots in the world have similar issues. But this guy was a doctor, ever listen to Junior Enlisted Women? $20 says he had complaints from that direction. Military is an endless stream of 18 year old Women, and oft abused by monsters. I've seen a Woman give up, walk right up to the CO and tell him bold faced she was a Lesbian and her LPO and Chief was demanding to have sex with her whenever they wanted, or they would out her. So she outed herself, and the LPO and Chief didn't even lie to the CO they just told him bold as brass "yeah we did it, we get to do that" citing 'good order and discipline'. So, to me? First time I've seen one of them get bullet riddled, I know a few Service Member/Parents that are probably watching that and drinking a beer....and watching it again on a loop.

Looks like what happened to me is that the perp got surprised by the sting but suffered a brain cramp and pulled the gun out rather than just put his hands up, much to his detriment or maybe it was a kindness because he was going to suffer the humiliation of being caught. I can't imagine that he was going to try and shoot his way out of that but who knows, maybe he thought he could at that moment. But the lesson here is that pulling a gun out while police are approaching is probably not the best idea if you want to live through that. Anyway, good riddance to bad rubbish. it is supremely weird that the police would set something like that up w/o having proper eyes or a meaningful way to detain the person (entrap them physically) before they could act... having an officer come out of the door directly after the individual may have worked this time but it's no guarantee it will work next time. There genuinely has to be a more tactically advantageous way to do this in a country where anyone can get their hands on a gun.

I love how when the guy pulls the guy, the POV officer says “Seattle P-… oop” Like this guy literally goes “oop” when the gun is pulled lol. Also, omg, this guy got shot like 20-30 times lol (from the audio of the video, not sure about mag sizes). “Cause of death: Multiple GSW” - woof, no kidding

Kagan: welcome to our world. There are large number of people who are facially decent but commit vile crimes is significant, and a lot of sex offenders of this nature have no history. Washington has some pretty rugged sentencing laws for such crimes resulting from stings; this would have been two counts of "Attempted Child Rape First degree", and likely would have functionally been a life sentence for him. I could look up the score sheet in the sentencing guidelines book, but my memory is that the is 25+ to life on each, consecutive. (Most of the serious sex crimes are what we call determinate plus - minimum sentence in the standard rage, top of life, and IF released before dying, they are on life time "community custody" (parole). I am in our civil division so my memory is not perfect, but I do know how to look it up. ICAC/MCTEF do a lot of these stings, and have generally gotten pretty good at them. None of the people who respond to these stings are doing so by accident. As for the shooting: Contrary to the folklore, most of which is fabricated, most LE shootings are inane self-defense. (American) LE kills a tiny number of people compared to our population, and in comparison to the number of potentially lethal/GBH assaults on cops (1000 or so compared to 18K+). Washington has gone full stupid in buying the folklore and we had a lot of ignorant laws passed after the fabrications about the Floyd incident. FWIW, I am retired LE and a Washington licensed lawyer in a prosecutor's office, thankfully not on the stupid side of milepost 52 (Snoqualmie pass).

Kagan if he did do this in the Navy it wouldn't surprise me. Medical officers got a lot more leeway sometimes by benefit of office. I know your a 1st lieutenant in the Marine Corp from past videos. I was a Navy Corpsman who saw both types of Medical officers(good and bad). He was a Navy Captain in the Medical Corp which put him in a Command leadership position. If he did these things while in service that is a whole other level of scum bag. He disgraces his position as a Physician ,Officer, and descent human. The police went overkill, but i hope he rots in hell if this is the person he was.
