SUV commercials always show them being driven off road in extreme situations, but Chevy just raised the bar in commercials by put their SUV in extreme inclement weather raising the bar killing all competition.

Vehicles like that can withstand up to EF 2 tornadoes if done properly. Best to have protective lining and metal window guards, and make sure you're pointed into the wind. You'll handle 100 mph winds with no problem. 120 you're risking it. Hire Reed Timmer if you're more ambitious than that. He'll tame your wedge.

The aerodynamics on that Chevrolet Traverse are INSANE. Somebody on that design team definitely has OCD. No matter which direction the gusts of wind hit the truck, the wind was pushed completely around it. For reference, those wind gust are pushing thousands of lbs. of force up against those panels and the undercarriage of the car, way more than enough to shift it out of that parking spot. This needs to be a commercial for Chevrolet. Except it’s real, I could imagine their in negotiation of the rights because this commercial just wrote itself.

Anyone else trying to study the direction from which it came to the direction it headed? The car was fortunate to have been parked facing the direction to take on the blunt force. Had it been turned 90 degrees most likely rolled or flipped.
