I have a 2TB hard drive in a powered USB3 universal dock. My intention is to move all of my programs and data to it. My main use is for fairly basic stuff…. word, Excel, and similar (no gaming). I assume this could handle that?

That is a fun idea! I will consider that for sure. In the mean time, here is the actual script I use: github.com/mckayc/McWindows/blob/master/mcwin11.ps1 It is specific to my setup but depending on your scripting ability you could probably edit it pretty easily for your own use.

PS this is a powershell script, you can just copy and paste it into Powershell and have it run.
