Well your argument is a valid one. But those situations where the individuals are in, forces them to be quiet. Its more like they have no idea or are not even capable to figure out what is going on around them. It seems petty to them and they focus on more important issues. But in the long run it back fires. As the saying goes- " Employees dont leave their jobs just for better opportunities, but a lot of time leave because of their bosses." A lot depends on how the bosses are able to get the best of people and throw the worst out. Anyone can do a job, but only the right ones get the best work done.
When someone takes credits from someone else's work, is unacceptable and illegal in any profession, what Sunidhi did was wrong, at least the manager found out it was her all along and Rohit the junior employee did all the work. And as they say: "What happens in the dark, always comes to light"

Reality will be different, the junior will resign from current project and join another project or company... harassment is very common at work place and was the reason for great resignation....

No matter how big the speed breaker is, Slowing down the pace doesn't hurt, Similarly, no matter how big the trouble, There are no setbacks in life when you think calmly.
It's not always that others will realise who is doing right and who is not, what is right and what is not. It's upon us also to not face such acts and stand for oneself.
One should stand up for himself. This happened with me. After some time rather than staying calm i confronted the other guy.. and when management came to know abt the issue things were same like the one which were portrayed in this video.. and the management appreciated my effort for standing for my self and for my rights.

Whenever you sit to study, think that "I am studying for the last time tomorrow is my exam" Surely the preparation was done with this thought in mind would be a different level And you will pass the biggest exam easily.
He should have stood up for himself. Raised his voice against the unfair treatment he was getting. A lot of people face similar situations; but how many can hope for such an ending? Do all bosses really know what's happening? Even if they do, will they act like the person shown here? It is important to stand up for ourselves; demand to be credited for our hard work. Or leave if the atmosphere is too toxic. We cannot sit waiting for an unexpected happy ending like this.

This can be shown only on this platform. I have worked for a corporate place for close to 16 yrs. But our hod used to take full credit of our hard n blood draining work. But till date nothing worked out cozi never believed in liking my hods a.. which my colleagues very well used to do so they progressed n I remained.
Glad that I am working remotely. No need to deal with such colleagues and situations.

You know right, if he would have took a stand for himself in the first place, then it wouldnt be a problem. Secondly, a team lead is never like that, there might be some who only wants credits, but if project manager actually asks the team lead to explain what he/she has done, then they won't be able to explain shit. And that's the reason nobody should take credit for those thing which they didn't do.
