As a devoted engineer main, Landscaper op, its just takes a little to get used to his fire rate, it does mess up with lining your shots as it's definitely easier to hit shots with single shot engineers. With that out of the way although he dose less damage per shot then reg his rate of fire is more than enough to negate that. He's definitely top 3 engineers
