They're all in armor of varying weight and thickness, having to swing weapons of different kinds in a fight for their life. I remember there was one healing animation of far cry 2 where he takes his entire arm it snaps it back in the place with the most satisfying snap I don't think I'll ever forget that

It's great to see a more real and grounded game about Samurai and Japan in this era in general. Giving people a genuine look at that sort of warfare is really cool

I love rewatching this series, goated game.

During that cutscene, the lady said "Your father is the wind at your back." That's the symbolism for the wind at Jins back that guides you.

i know i may be late, i absolutely LOVE this game, and i would like to see a movie of it, though the standoffs are pretty hard. so if you guys (or cory) have any tips and tricks on them, that would be very helpful. also, i samurai SLICED that like button and have been subbed since 2020. thanks for noticing this game!

The samurai were a social class of feudal japan. Not gamers playing dressup. You can put as much fake kanji on your clothes, buy all the swords you want, heck you can even learn japanese. But no one can be a 'true samurai' because that system died out in the Meji era. If you think you are a samurai, the one thing you do need is a padded room.
