Komplete 14 standard has some useful sounds. But is Session Horns - the seemingly most powerful Brass Library - one of those? Or ist it quite a bit too limited in functionality? I was working on a new track and found a more powerfull Brass collection in the Free Plugin and Sample Library collection called "Sine Factory" by Orchestral Tools. 'Rotary' are quite usable Free Big Band Horns.
