🥑 RECIPE:
Fennel 200 gr.
2 carrots.
2 potatoes.
Ginger.
Fill with water.
Cover with a lid and cook until all the vegetables are cooked.
2 garlic.
Salt.
Chop the garlic.
Greek yogurt / sour cream 200 gr.
Mix well.
Vegetables are ready!
Grind with a blender.
Put the soup back on the stove.
Add garlic sauce.
Mix well.
Black pepper.
Red pepper.
Let the soup cook for a few minutes.
The soup is ready!
2 slices of bread.
Olive oil.
Cook in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes.
1 onion.
Olive oil.
Fry over medium heat.
2 stalks of celery.
1 zucchini.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Fry the vegetables until golden brown!
The bread is ready!
Vegetables are ready!
Grind until smooth.
Spread the resulting vegetables on the bread.
That's all!

Ich liebe Fenchel und esse es sehr gerne, insbesondere beim Magenschmerzen hilft. Dieses Rezept werde ich ausprobieren, habe nur bedenken, dass es wegen ingwer nicht so scharf wird😊
