Doing a lot of that means he ain’t going to be doing it long. Them knees an expiration date. He should stick to more forgiving surfaces. Just a suggestion.

@@pineapplesideways3820 Yes you can use whatever style you want but under the IAAF and Olympics rules for high jump competitions, you can only take off using one foot not two. Have a look at some videos of high jump competitions and you will see that they all take off from one foot.
Double flip? That's enough for me to know that this guy is unreal.

Grew up doing flips in the 80s junior high and highschool. This dude is on another level, and I've seen the Jesse white tumbling team from Chicago do unbelievable stuff, but this dude double backs on concrete is incredible

I love seeing people flip. It takes me back to my younger days. Although I wasn't as good as this guy. I'm almost 50 years old and can still do some no handers.
he put his skill points 70% to flexibility and 30% to muscle
His hangtime is what amazes me. It's like he's in air forever He's got great natural ability and once you can put that together with the knowledge of how to use your momentum you can do crazy things. I couldn't dream of doing this. I never had good jumping.

Dick Fosbury, en las Olimpiadas de México de 1968 trajo su entonces novedoso y más espectacular salto de espalda (salto Fosbury) con el que alcanzó el oro. Y ya todos lo fueron imitando. Y aquel salto era más espectacular que el antiguo rodillo ventral. Estaría bueno que en las próximas olimpiadas, en París 2024, se presentara Ibra con su nuevo y espectacular "salto Ibra": rondada, dos o tres flic-flacs y ¡arriba! con el mortal de espalda. Listón a 2,50 m superado. Record del mundo y oro olímpico. Ya todos querrían imitarlo, muchos gimnastas se pasarían al salto de altura (me imagino a Simone Biles participando a pesar de su pequeña estatura en categoría femenina) y el salto de altura sería ya de lo más espectacular. En fin qué bonito... soñar no cuesta nada.
