The drummer worked very very hard for many years, to make it look so easy and effortless.! I bet he feels that he can do no wrong. I was there once. It's a great thing to get really good on drums.

The singer is ordinary but the Drummer is the highlighter!!!! He was envious of the Drummer. Without the Drummer the viewers will not reach a million. He suppressed the Drummer.

The peppermint twist was actually the first album I ever bought. I was working at the city rescue Mission thrift store in the directors garage a block from my house in this record was there. I paid $.25 for it and drove my family crazy playing it. I think I was about 10 at the time.

They play at small town fairs and festivals. I've seen them 2-3 times by accident.
Every move the drummer makes is sharp and deliberate and with pinpoint precision, I've saw only one other drummer like that and it was a who concert with Keith moon

You notice...Everyone is talking about the Drummer..bcuz he's AMAZING.
I've seen these guys some where before. They are really good at what they do. And the drummer is awesome. If I was to shake my head that way, I'd be in an institution, lol. Way to go guys. Keep the oldies alive.
The art of drumming is to keep a steady in time beat for the band, this guy is spot on in time and is also entertaining everyone at the same time and making it look easy, its called been an entertainer as well as a great drummer, ask yourself would I like to watch him and his band at the local pub or the local ego band that cant play for toffee ha ha, my money is on this band. 👍👍👍

I used to go to Antone's on 6th Street in Austin when the Thunderbirds were the house band. Backing up every blues act that came to town.

Well Rick (assuming that since you are the front man, you are Rick). This band is very good, professional, entertaining, musical etc... I am 62. I just ran into this video. As a young boy, my older sister had this album 'Joey Dee and the Starliters, Peppermint twist'. She played it many times, so I listened to it many times. I liked it. It brings back childhood memories, it really brought me back. Things that we did as children are much different than the type of trouble we get into as adults. Like back as a kid I had no idea what excessive credit card debt was, or the heartache of unwanted teenage pregnancy, or the thought of having a home foreclosed on. You are keeping the good times alive and I thank you for that!

That is just the best fun to watch. Great drummer. And the rest of the band are tight and fun too.
Definitely the man for the genre. And musicians notice, he was consistent. I’d hire him for a classic rock gig. Amazing!!

The drummer seems to be the talent, if you don’t know what you’re looking at. In reality, the entire band is incredible. These guys are simply amazing.
