Donkeys have a "high" need for emotional connections and drink up love like water. Because of this, it's so sad how they are abused in this world. Their minds must amplify abuse to the point they are chronically depressed. Bless you for showing Hazel that she can open her heart up and let you in. Love Hazel and her fine choices of music. Rescue animals are the best. They give you unconditional love ❤and it very easy to give it back. I think that they are just glad that somebody out there cares for them,no matter what their circumstances are. I volunteered at a cat shelter for almost two years. I fostered a special needs kitty and eventually adopted him. He had a neck tilt and polyps in his nose. Tut and I had a wonderful year together. I know that we will meet again at the Rainbow 🌈 Bridge. ❤🙏
