Yeah, seriously. If people like Dylan(narcissistic), would actually go out and do something to help others instead of constantly taping himself talking to his “fans”/supporters and posting it. How about volunteering at a women’s shelter? You know, since he’s a woman and all. But we all know that will never happen, and if for some reason it did you know he would be taping and posting the whole thing on social media. You know, because if no one sees you doing it it doesn’t matter right?… I mean the point of volunteering is so everyone can see it and know how great you are with pats on the back, praise, etc.! @@jamm7464 That’s not what’s being commented on, it’s about the fact that even if this person were to reach out and help; every time they were doing anything to help, they would be plastering it all over their social media because it’s more important for people to see them helping than actually help(in their eyes anyway☹️). They wouldn’t be someone that would just go and do charity work and that would be that, it would be a whole production trying to have as many people see it as possible to get clout, followers, a false sense of superiority, I don’t know, but I think those might be a couple of good guesses. I’m not trying to be a smart ass, I hope I didn’t come off snotty. 😊

​@@jamienicole2122 isn't that why alot of people do charity work... most do it for their own self praise. Heck even the military encourages it. They want people to do volunteer work just they can put it on evaluations. There is even a service medal for volunteer hours. Me I have done well over the hours for the medal, still don't have it because it makes no difference to me. 1 and 12 people do volunteer work just because.1 and 3 who do volunteer work will end up doing because they learned to love it. Most are doing it for selfish reasons. Getting into college, for church, for work, for punishment... Just saying

I think you nailed the key point of this person's video. They are joyful. It's not a feeling that's common in everyone's daily life. If someone finds something that truly brings them joy and doesn't hurt anyone else, just let them have that. It might be weird to you, but it's not your joy to enjoy. It's there's, and all to often it's a small speck in their fleeting life, but it means everything to them.

@@charlietwotimes - while I more align myself with a liberal mindview, I still hold what's often considered a conservative value of "Don't tell me what to do with my life if I'm not hurting anyone." Like, I should be able to have a gun as long as I'm not going around shooting people or threatening the public with it, and it should be illegal for the government to take it from me just because someone else is being a complete psychopath with their own guns. Live and let live. Let people be people. People who don't have whatever it is in them that makes them feel a different gender than their birth sex aren't going to suddenly get confused as to what they are and suddenly decide one day "Hmmm...maybe I should be wearing a dress." That just doesn't happen. Just like someone who doesn't have the propensity for dangerous mental illnesses don't one day say "I'm gonna go unalive a schoolhouse!"

While I think this is a choice adults get to make and kids shouldn't (that's a whole other minefield to negotiate) what adults choose to do & say is entirely their business & nobody else's.
