THIS DEVICE MAKES WORKING AT THE TABLE SAW A LOT SAFER | DIY GRIPPER PUSHBLOCK
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
To make working on the table saw safer, I built a Gripper. I already have a few safety devices like my Push Stick or my Push Blocks for the router table. This Gripper is very easy to build and it works fantastic.

Nice one , LOL
So very glad I found you! Immediately downloaded the 1st video I have seen so I can follow along and make the build in my shop. I would pay $$$ to purchase plans, please consider offering this in the future.
Very good, simple but effective design. I made one this week and am very pleased with the result, and its functionality and safety. Many thanks for sharing your creativity and expertise.
I’m glad I didn’t see a comment saying to just go buy one. Sure it would be easier, there is some pride in building your own. The big plus with yours is that if it’s not adjusted quite right for the cut and the blade runs into it, the piece that got cut and be easily replaced. I think that if I was going to make one of these, I’d make 2 of them and some spare parts. That way if one gets cut up you have a spare handy to continue. Then when done with the project replace the damaged part with a spare one. And maybe make a wider one or two for better control of larger pieces.
💥mind blown.....from 6:08 on...My friend, those 11 and I half minutes I just spent here were very well spent. . At the Least. Thank you .

Fantastic job my friend. I will have to watch this a few more times to be capable of making one for myself. Thanks for the great video.
Your creations are fantastic but could you PLEASE give measurements for each project when you make the video it would help up your subscribers immensely when we try to build your projects.

Nice Push block & (Sanding block at 5:16). I gotta find the video to make one of those! :)
As fast as you ran the video I found it difficult to follow so I slowed it down but I still could not follow the work you did here. Don't get me wrong, it is stunning, much better than a purchased one. I could never do this. It was fun to watch you however.
great
is there any chance that you could supply a schematic for this brilliant push block?
do you have the plans available for this push gripper? How about that sanding block? That is really cool.

i like this project, but i got 2 questions for you. nr.1. is that ander 1 you built and nr.2. do you have plans for both of them?
I was wanting plans for this if you have them available. Can you please let me know where.
Hi.. Was there ever any plans for this done?
very nice! grr-rip(per) off :P
Great review may i ask what type of countersunk drill bit you used on the bosch drill please.
@ISIMPLYBUILTIT
4 жыл бұрын
I use a countersunk drill from Wolfcraft : www.amazon.de/Wolfcraft-2544000-Senkbohrer-mit-Tiefenstopp/dp/B002OHNH16/ref=sr_1_13?__mk_de_DE=ÅMÅŽÕÑ&crid=21TALI39FSR40&keywords=wolfcraft+senker+mit+tiefenstop&qid=1573822399&sprefix=wolfcraft+senker%2Caps%2C161&sr=8-13 . But this one should work in the same way : www.amazon.com/dp/B07KKLCGRY/ref=sr_1_16?__mk_de_DE=ÅMÅŽÕÑ&keywords=countersunk+drill+with+depth+stop&qid=1573822567&sr=8-16 . You just have to choose the one with the diameter you need.

@@ISIMPLYBUILTIT Thanks a lot
I didn't see any comment in the comments. The only other thing I would consider to add(in case I have missed it in your model), is like a little 'hook' on the 'arm' that slides along your fence (our far left as we see the video) to help push the wood along. Just the same way than a normal push stick. hope that makes sense. Other than that I love your model.
@ISIMPLYBUILTIT

Thanks. That's a nice idea.
Wow! That turned out so nice, I wouldn't even want to use it. I would be afraid to cut into it. Great job.
Great video. Thanks for sharing. Do you have some drawings with the size of all pieces. If you don't mind could you share those in the video description? Best regards Valentin

Sometimes called a key-hole bit too.
It's astonishing how many people are asking for plans on a channel called I SIMPLY BUILT IT.
you have the plans
I would suggest building this with wood and CA glue and eliminate a lot of the metal hardware. I'd want to eliminate as much risk as possible of hitting a screw or bolt with the saw if I accidentally ran it over the blade. Nice MicroJig copy though.
@ISIMPLYBUILTIT

Thanks. I think this screws should not be a problem because they will never came near the blade.
