Yeah, so I make meringue cookies all the time and it’s very similar. Egg whites, sugar, cream of tartar (if you live somewhere with higher humidity it’s basically necessary, I’ve heard it can be omitted if you have a copper bowl), and whatever flavor you want. Vanilla is best. And then you bake it for an hour at a low temp (225 F I think), shut the oven off and then let it set for two. They should be crispy. If it’s super humid outside, you may need to bake them for longer and they’ll stay a bit tacky feeling. They’re good, and I promise you that they’re better as crunchy cookies than a soft jelly-like mass in a Bundt pan (EDIT: adding tips here; you start adding sugar gradually once the whites are at the foamy stage, the eggs should be at room temp too.) Meringue cookies, despite all that sugar, are extremely low calorie because it’s mostly air. It’s like 20 calories for one the size of a palm.

How many you want. The rule is one egg white for 1 spoon of sugar and for each egg white 1 minute in the oven so if you make with 10 egg whites you add 10 spoons of sugar and cook for 10 minutes in the oven. Just make sure that the sugar is dissolved and you can't feel it in the meringue.
