Im quite drawn to your painting there. Some kind of Anunnaki reference of sorts is my take.

Right now, my favorite designer is Jim Hagerman from Hagerman Audio Labs. I also like Mark Fenlon of Markaudio. Always interesting to see what new ideas he brings to the table. All time, I think Julian Vereker of Naim has to be a personal favorite who unfortunately passed away at the young age of 54.

Im looking to build a pair of open baffle speakers but most forums claim they need to be 3 or mor e feet out in the room in order to create a proper sound stage image. I noticed that your room appears to on the smaller size as is mine (8 feet wide by 12 feet long with a 8 foot ceiling height) As you know small rooms are really challenging and I have been fighting with mine for a while, I have a few questions if you don't mine. What size is your room? How do you rate width and depth of your sound stage? Do you notice any speaker side wall boundary problems? I would greatlly appreciate any comments. Thanks

They do not need to be 3ft out my room is 8ft wide 9 feet high I sit 7 feet away but the room extends behind me alot from left to right with kitchen and living space I do not have a wall right behind me.I feel they will perform superbly if your sitting real close to rear wall. Why not just buy clayton Shaw caladin I mean what a price. These speakers will never leave here and there 6 years in now.Theres no fight here but my room is actually very friendly from the get go as the frequency sweep videos show

Once again thanks I'm retired with a decent hobby shop and always looking for projects. My room setup is about same as yours, Speakers are out from the front wall about 2.5 feet and 1 foot from the side walls, sitting about 7 feet back same as you. Still have a couple feet to the rear wall. After this conversation I'm going ahead and take the plunge into open baffle speaker building.

Didn't Blue Circle come out in the Mid 90's. I saw them in last pages of a hifi magazine in the ads pages. It was a Canadian Magazine.... Hey your going to have to straighten your "audio guy " out for next video.😂😂😂
