Thank you for this insightful video, Varun. I have worked in for ~4 years and channel marketing is such a large part of it. But to see who it changes the entire business at large was like music to my ears!

Excellent podcast! Just wanted to add why US suburbs are more affluent is the infrastructure connectivity. Starbucks Costco and Trader Joes happened because roads were great, water resources were ample, that pulled people (people with purchasing power especially - there are 1000s of suburbs which survives with dollar trees and only commonality there was lack of infrastructure) to live there and then costcos followed, which is clearly missing in Indian suburbs. Great insights on why land would go up if AGI is here and 100% agree on someone needs to solve energy problem!

Vertically scalable buildings wont be stable as increased heights sky crqperswould require strong foundation and natural calamities like floods ,quakes, and increased humidity and atmoepheric temperature, soil is essential for health and natural ecosystem would not sustainable enough to ensure this homo appiens last more than a century

It's unlikely that AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) will replace coders in the near future. Here are a few reasons why learning to code is still valuable: 1. **Problem-Solving Skills**: Coding teaches you how to think logically and solve problems, skills that are useful in many areas. 2. **Job Market Demand**: There is a high demand for skilled programmers across various industries. 3. **Adaptability**: As technology evolves, so will the skills needed. Learning to code now will make it easier to adapt to future technologies. 4. **Understanding Technology**: Even if AGI becomes more prevalent, understanding how software works will be beneficial in many roles. 5. **Complementing AGI**: AGI can assist with coding, but human oversight, creativity, and critical thinking will still be crucial. In summary, coding is a valuable skill that is likely to remain relevant for the foreseeable future.
