Never starve yourself

Sometimes it's not about how much you eat, it's about how you eat. If you eat a good breakfast like eggs, and a good lunch and dinner, you'll be in good shape. But if you go having pizza everyday let's say, or ice cream or anything unhealthy and not a balanced meal, that's the problem. That's how I see it at least.

There are other important things in life than winning
