  If you look at the numbers and the actual details of the contract, it was actually a really good deal for both sides. You can’t really say the same for Trever Lawrence and Justin Herbert, who also have not accomplished the things you’re mentioning that those other quarterbacks accomplished. You could even throw Jordan love in that mix. Tua has had winning seasons every season since entering the NFL leading the dolphins, to two playoff appearances due to his play and only one appearance in a playoff game because of injuries definitely deserving of the contract he got. Way better win to loss record than the other guys with contracts in his draft class way better touchdown to turnover ratio then those guys as well
