I got 13mls at 15mph😰

I just received mine yesterday and it won’t go forward. Charged the batteries to full and still can’t figure out why it won’t go considering when I push the throttle I get a response on the screen on the handlebars. I’ve tried pushing off or even getting momentum and seeing if that kicks the motor in. I’ve never owned an electric scooter before so any help would be appreciatd

You have to push it by hand first then push the throttle

Yh I just got mine, had the same problem. Switch to 2nd gear and as you kick off to generate momentum hold down the throttle. Shit is super fun!!

@@TechMishka unfortunately I have tried just about everything including starting from all gears and pushing it before pressing throttle etc etc. The help at Turboant SUCKS and they refuse to send me a new scooter or take it back for repairs. They are making me send video after video testing the battery with a multimeter and me trying to ride the scooter. I will never buy from this company again.

It’s way better than my Segway ES4. Longer range and the external battery wasn’t designed poorly unlike Segway’s design. It’s easier to switch out the external battery too (no tools required)

Cool stuff, dual battery implementation is very interesting and can be very practical for anyone who needs all that range. As it's USA based it doesn't make it a good option for us Europens. Agreed with the need for longer lasting tires that go along with the long range. Great review as usual

TurboAnt claims you can get about 50.0 miles of range (they tested this with a 165.0 lb rider, in 70% humidity, with a gentle breeze, riding at 9.3 mph), but we typically get about half of that because like to ride our scooters hard in our range test.

I just got one, and they have honey comb puncture proof tired now

I bought a "reconditioned" one of these from the company. I came a week and a half ago. This unit never powered on, and had parts broken lying loose in the box. I emailed them right away. They first asked for a video of the broken parts, and a few days later asked for a video of the screen. I provided them with both right away, but have not heard back. I called their phone and got a voicemail. So far I would not recommend this product. The electrical connections are in the handlebars, and did not line up when I put them on. I've been doing appliance and machinery repairs for a living for 35 years. I watched all the videos before starting to assemble. I have 4 scooters, 3 Ebikes, and 4 hoverboards. This is a bad as I gets so far. I'll update if they respond or anything.

The thing with the wiring not aligning sounds like the root cause. Push them more - they will figure out a way to help you.

After more than two months, and having to repackage and return the scooter the first time, the scooter arrived today, and I can say unequivocally that this scooter is a complete and utter waste of money, and can only work on completely flat or downhill surfaces. My other scooter is a Glion Dolly, and has a 350 watt motor. This scooter weighs twice as much, and has about 1/2 the power even though it's supposed to be a 450 watt motor. I'm done with this company.

How can you buy the scooter for EU countries?!?

@@TechMishka which bye did get a fair review when Hiboy still produced it. There were some little annoyances said. One as I predicted in your review, difficulty getting the battery in or out. This thing looks exactly the same too. I know I planed on getting a Nex5 but the seem to have been discontinued. So given the above I wonder if Hiboy is tied to this company somehow.

I was in Italy recently, huge amount of young people in plaster casts & bandages walking the streets. Then I though mix escooters & Italian youngsters with no road sense at all & mad Italian aggresive motorists = carnage....

Yes they are very dangerous if you if you don't respect the machine and what it can do to you if wrecked. When I got my x7 pro I was very gentle with it. Over a few months of riding it though I slowly learned what I can and can't do with it. I'm eventually going to get a pair of Heelys and carefully practice using them to take turns a bit faster.

Yeah ... But you can convert to tubeless.

Not exactly a huge battery, but it has decent size batteries.x2 The emove cruiser still outrinks that scooter.

I got 1 and got a flat on day 1. Customer service is trash. They finally sent a tube. But don't ride off road I am trying to get it resolved. I'll let you know when I'm riding again.

I have now had 8 flats. 3 to goatheads, 5 to pintch flats. Just got my Kaaba Mantis dual 8 I put Armodilloz sealant on day one and I love it. Kaabo is an amazing brand
