UPDATE: After a few months of usage, the rear light stopped working and the throttle mechanism fell apart. Besides that, the front wheel started making weird noises. I have no plans to contact the manufacture as this was sent to me for a promo on this channel. However, I thought I update you guys to make this an honest review.

I have been riding mine for a few months and the throttle mechanism sticks and feels flimsy. Also, the battery lock fell off when I removed the battery. The company sent me a video showing me how to re-attach the mechanism. I re-attached it and if fell off again a couple days later. I think my lock must be defective. The rear fender cracked in half at the bottom of a small dip in the street. The company said I must have been stepping on it for it to break and refused to replace. I agree with the reviewer that the unit is slow to accelerate compared to other scooters and I disagree about the cruise control. I vary my speed often when riding and actually dislike when the cruise control turns on but this is just personal preference. Overall, it is a very fun scooter to ride and has mostly been reliable but the build quality is not top notch and I have doubts about how long it will last. The customer service I have received thus far has also been underwhelming. I am enjoying riding it but when this thing breaks down, I will likely spend a few extra bucks for a higher quality scooter.

This is my first e scooter just got it yesterday and for 479 all i can say is WOW! Removable battery is a plus. Beginner friendly scooter it wont intimidate you.

This scooter has many quality, warranty and customer service problems. The fact that it is not sold on Amazon is more than indicative of all the problems. I bought one more than a year ago and more than 90% of the time it has had all kinds of problems, it hasn't turned on for 5 months and I'm still waiting for a serious response from this company.

Very interesting review. Thank you. I ll tell my neighbor to be careful with the throttle mechanism.

It's IPX4 which is... Rain resistant. I don't think I'd want it parked outside but it's supposed to be rideable.

Telling people to jump off. Curves and stuff is the reason that I have so many people coming in to our store with broke scooters. I mean in a way thanks but in another way it's just stupid telling people that jump off curves

Stop telling people to jump off curves. It's people like you that have tons of people coming in our shops and why is my scooter broke?

Hey everyone... please stop jumping off curbs HIGHER than 3ft... besides, you might hurt yourself. However, if you need repairs, take it back to the shop where you bought it OR to this Karen's shop instead because he has a lot of experience repairing them. I gave you a FREE plug.. you’re welcome!
