trying the viral dandruff comb and let me just tell you I'm extremely surprised that it works as they say. Just brush your hair and you'll see how much dandruff and oils this weird comb collects and dispense at the same time. Kind of satisfying I might say.

PLEASE READ!! DO NOT DO THIS!! As someone who suffers from severe dandruff I tried doing this (not with the same comb). I told this to my dermatologist and he said it actually makes the dandruff worse, it may even start producing more dandruff. The best thing to use in my opinion is to use a proper dandruff shampoo. 😅😅

That is not dandruff but your scalps talc production. It get stuck in the botom of the comb. You push the button en most fals out. But there will always be some left stuck in it and now you have a comb that can collect bacteria to infect your scalp. So i would not recommend

I think the common issue with MOST dandruffs, is that its actually a fungal infection, which can easily be reduced using a specifically dandruff removing antifungal shampoo twice a week, and when the oil starts to build up, just leave it on for 5 mins on dampened hair, and wash thoroughly. After a few routines the dandruff usually reduces significantly. But if it doesn't, Visiting a dermatologist will always be the right call. Try this method if you think your dandruff might be due to your sweaty work schedule, while if it's because of stress, this treatment won't show much results. So all in all, start with visiting your doctor for the necessary treatment and you're pretty much set. No need to physically SCRAPE the scalp to get rid of it😉

@@rosebug47 Well a brand called ketafung (the one with the red colored shampoo), did reduce my dandruff considerably and after maintaining my hair hygiene, I've never had dandruff afterwards. Are you talking about seborrheic dermatitis? That's not the same as dandruff. It's caused by an overproduction of oil, which feeds an overgrowth of yeast, which irritates the scalp and causes blistering and crusty pustules. It can be treated with shampoos and facial products containing zinc and salicylic acid.
@cerberusgamingyt6253
Ай бұрын
@@zenmeimori Sir, dandruff is a case of seborrheic dermatitis. The only thing that differentiates the two are that the latter spreads across the face as well as the scalp, while dandruff is just SD restricted to the scalp. And also the fact that SD usually comes with a bit of inflammation around the infected region
@cerberusgamingyt6253
Ай бұрын
@@zenmeimori also I had dandruff and did not have the defining symptoms of SD ( like inflammation, itchiness on face) . Yet antifungal shampoo cured the problem, I cannot completely recommend it with 100% guarantees, but it definitey helps to reduce the dandruff to some extent at the very least.
Just know that when body produces excess of something it's usually always to protect itself. You're making the dandruff worst by removing it by outside force. Always use shampoos and scalp protection products so that , the underlying issue can be resolved

True
There are holes in the tips of the comb, it’s just scratching dead skin cells off then the button pushes them out of the comb. Not that crazy tbh.
To everyone who suffers from dandruff, i have a solution for u, buy some Arabic coffee (i don't know how it's called in ur country) it's basically crushed coffee beans, boil it to get rid of the excess color, strain the water, use the grids as a scrub, mix a handful of it with some shampoo, and scrub ur wet hair for few minutes, u'll see instant results, the dandruff will be completely off within 2-4 times u use this unless there is a medical condition uses it.
Use a dandruff shampoo and rinse with apple cider vinegar and use tea tree oil. Cure it ,don't just brush it out.
Hi there, just a friendly reminder from someone who also suffered from severe dandruff. PLEASE do not do this as a first option, instead just use proper lotions and medicines, and most of all, SEE A DOCTOR FOR IT!!

Its basically equivalent to scraping your scalp with nails and seeing whether you have buildups or not... i don't think it could replace normal combs though, as it would be too harsh for sensitive scalps but for checking purpose whether your scalp is clean or not, it can be used and thats about it

Although it may be satisfying to watch people comb out or scratch out dandruff, I advise for those who have it to not scratch or brush it because it could make it worsen. When you brush your hair that is prone to dandruff, you should only brush the ends or the mid hairs. It could worsen the scalp or the dandruff further if you try to scratch it out.

I recommend Selsun Blue Shampoo (Medicated). Just wash your hair like normal and add this shampoo into your roots. Use it every time you take a shower and it removes all your dandruff. Also smells really good. It does have sulfates in the ingredients list in case you have colored hair, but it works hard to break away the dandruff. 👍

Nizoral shampoo. It has ketoconazole in it which is very effective at treating the yeasts that causes dandruff. Apply to your scalp only (not the length of your hair), massage it in, let it sit for 5 minutes, then rinse it out. You can follow up with whatever shampoo you like afterward for a second cleanse. I do this every time I wash my hair, which is every 1-2 weeks.
As a Chinese, I’ve never heard about this tool. 😂
Honestly this might not be the best, but it must feel SOOOO GOOOOOOD

Some dermatologists have given me an ACTUAL medicinal dandruff shampoo that the pharmacy gave me. That is the only way to get rid of dandruff. Because dandruff is a layer of dead skin that when scratched it form into tiny peices. But the more you scratch or comb the more it sheds and when you have dandruff on your nails or comb, your head will get more dandruff as it tends to spread. That comb makes things WORSE!!!

Don't do this guys. Don't try ty scratch the dandruff out of your scalp, it makes it even worse. Better to consult a dermatologist because you might need antifungal serum besides a shampoo that suits your hair type AND scalp type. Hair is a sensitive matter and not everything works for everyone. And be patient.
I recommend a scalp scrubber and dandruff shampoo
Your so pretty
you people can use kapoor in coconut oil or lemon in coconut or anyothr oil and let it in hairs for 2 night and wash the 3rd day with shampoo n also do the conditioner in lengths it will also help in reducing hairfall

Idk if using somthing with such sharp ends on youre scalp is helping dandruff i think its making it worse and youll need to use this comb more frequently. Most hair influencers try avoiding combs because its harsh on the scalp and the best they say you can use is a scalp massager or your finger TIPS,NOT YOUR NAILS.❤
I use to do that by scratching my head with my mechanical pencil
Where do I get it
I think it's all a small of a rice grain hahaha
Nahh I use watermelon soap Its shape is square Since I started using it a month ago and have not left it, not only has the dandruff gone, but I can go a whole week without itching in my hair l use it after shampoo.I've been using an anti-dandruff shampoo but it doesn't work. I hope this helps 🤍
