Activision uses psychologists to create skins with higher chance of being purchased. I in other hand don't get attracted to them to the point where I don't even like the art style most of the time. The only things that I like are Blacksell weapon skins that have those golden and black lines, but spending that much money on such skins seems so ridiculous that I can confidently say that there is absolutely nothing regarding COD's pay to get skins that I like.
