I like that she's so responsive and conversational

I had a Bengal who also loved and needed to walk in his harness outside. His best friend was a white bull terrier and the fawns who came to see him with their mom in the evening. He nursed sick Guinea Pigs back to health, was chatty and simply an astonishing delight, despite being a rescue or, perhaps, because of it. Enjoyed meeting your Bengal, thanks!!!😊

She has very interesting markings on her fur-almost tiger like and I love how talkative she is. She can carry on a conversation with her mom well.

She's a Bengal cat, a cross between a domestic cat and the Asian Leopard Cat.

Definitely a Bengal. Weird how they don't mention that. Maybe because they know these cats do not make happy pets and shouldn't be bred. There are plenty of poor felines in need of a good home but then there are people who choose to pay big money for a Bengal! 😢

Mandu is beautiful smart and adventurous. I think it’s great that so is so talkative. My calico cat is very talkative too. After she greets me, she tells me all about it. 😺❤️👍😺🌈

I have three cats, two are extremely domesticated snuggly and sweet, but one of them longs for the outdoors. The problem is when I take her out she wiggles her way out of the harness, I have tried four different ones already and she just doesn't like it. I prefer her with me so I just open a window with a screen and let her enjoy the view.

@@marlo2769Very true, my local shelter will only let you adopt if you have a garden. First cat I got from them I was told to keep him inside a few weeks longer than normal as they thought he might be a flight risk. They were very wrong he not only had no interest in the outside he would run upstairs if I just went near a outside door encase I opened it.

Mandu is absolutely gorgeous! Love all that talking! I'm teaching my two 3 yr. Olds to go out on leash& harness and they are beginning to beg to go out!! I've never leash trained cats before so we're all learning together. Mandus spots are just stunning, what a cat. Thank you for uploading

My two cats have been leash/harness trained for about a decade now. If and whenever possible, try to let them go wherever it is they want to go, otherwise they'll just hold their ground and not move, and you'll have to drag them. If there's a dog in your household whose company they enjoy, they'll follow him/her around, making walks more enjoyable and relaxing.

Can those of you that put your cats on a leash please tell me if you do it so the cats don’t run off or for their protection ?

@@angelam886 I do it basically because, where I live, pets are not allowed to be outside unattended. By harnessing them, I can make possible their staying out of the house without breaking the rules. Others are not so adherent to this, though. There are a bunch of my neighbours’ cats wandering around, especially at night.

@@angelam886 That too and, I believe, it would be the most common cause. If you have a cat and want to go out for a walk, you’re better off having them on a leash/harness, which will provide you with more control. Just bear in mind cats are not as manageable as dogs in regards to this specific situation.

What a beautiful cat. So sweet whrn she 'chats' back.

I just love, vocal, chatty, kitties! I had one for nearly 21 years. A very entertaining little, calico named Cleo. She was more like a dog than a cat. One of those that loved to have conversations in depth. And if I stopped talking to her. She would start to paw at me. To talk to her some more. If she was in the other room asleep. And I would whisper her name in another room. POW! She was right there. Out of a total of seven within my immediate family members. Over the decades. When I had a pair and mom had three. What fabulous entertainment! And the little elephants. At 3 AM. We go tearing up and down the stairs from the second floor to the basement. And back. And it sounded like a herd of elephants! Little lightweight kitties! It was always so funny. And Cleo would always let me know. When it was time to get up in the morning. By standing on my chest. And I would open my eyes. To a cat nose. In front of mine. And asking me if I was awake? I am now! What a great way to wake up. I miss that so. They have all passed on in recent times. And mom is now 99. And she misses her little kitty children. With pictures of them surrounding her. And all of those wonderful memories for the past couple of decades. That gave her much joy. Give me much love. After the death of my husband of 22 years. And his wonderful kitties also. I've been so well trained by kitties. I don't how to function without them? Where's the cat poop? Where's the kitty barf? What happened to my little children? They were the only children I ever had. And it's terrible to watch your kitties pass. I've said. I will vote for any politician. That wants research. Into extending the lives of our little furry children friends. Of both the feline and canine, varieties. I mean come on already! Where's the medical science? Give them some bird and/or turtle DNA or something! Make them last 30 or 40 years? And I'll vote for those politicians! Not the ones that keep yanking rights from, Americans! They are deranged. And want to attack the LGBTQ community who are great with pets! I mean come on now! What the hell is going on here? How does this make America better? Having our cats and dogs last 30 or 40 years would make America better! There's so much that can be done yet. RamyRAD

Pretty sure she's a Bengal. The markings and crazy energy are typical of Bengals. Also the fact she's not a lap cat but likes to "be around" her humans is very Bengal...

If you look up the characteristic of a Bengal, you will find this one fits to a T. Lots of energy, chatty, can walk like dog on a leash. And the markings are lovely. :D

My cat was just like this when younger: hmm, maybe more volatile, to be honest. She would never sit on my lap or let me stroke her. She is 11 now and is completely different. When I come home, she first demands food, then demands I put the cuddle pillow on my lap for massage and lovey time. Every day without fail, this happens. 😊

She is just like our Bengal, Debbie. Demanding and independent but she does show genuine affection. She loves to lay on my chest, and stares into my eyes with that dreamy look and we have blinking conversations.
