THIS BROUGHT HER TO TEARS! - THE HU - WOLF TOTEM - REACTION

This was different .. For the record.. The laughter comes from the fact that I was under the impression this was going to be heavy trash metal..and I had been telling her that all day.. so we were just caught off guard. It was my fault for ASSuming :) Check out the Video

The symbolism at the beginning of first the horse and then the motocycles is important. The Mongolians were able to conquer so many nations due to their horse riding ability and sheer numbers of them. They were the first to utilize horses in this fashion. At one point they went as far as Hungary in Eastern Europe and was one of the largest empires the world has ever seen. The change to motorcycles at the beginning symbolizes modern Mongolia and replaces the horse. For a different crossover band I recommend Ohtyken from Siberia. Mixes traditional native music and instruments with modern. A different musical flavour from The Hu though! The video “Phenomenon” is amazing. It’s not heavy though just to prepare you.

You guys should check out Heilung. They are experimental folk / rock basing their art on ancient nordic and germanic culture. A lot of there music is based on runic inscriptions. try "in Maidjin", "Alfadhirhaiti", "Krigsgaldr" amoungst many others. The word LIFA means live and to watch them live is amazing. They don't do concerts they do RITUALS

They are the great Mongol. They are here to conquer the world. This is no laughing business. 🙃 This was an unusual reaction to the Hu. To say the least. I wonder Jimmy how you had reacted without La Gringa just hysterically laughing? Not everything in life goes as planned, some thing fails. This one did. I like some songs by the Hu and think they are cool, but is no big fan. So, whatever!
