I love AL proteins. I am partial to the Hulk Milk (vanilla). It doesn’t have any inclusions, but it is a little lower in the total calorie department. I also love the Super Human Burn and Pump. I stack those two a few days a week. Thanks so much for the great review . LGTDM!!!

28 - the minimum number of "last hurrah parties" any singular substance gets from Ancient "Last Hurrah" 1. 😔😏🥳 You so nice, going moist in Alpha Lion after they nerfed the classic pre mixture for the masses. Hanging all on the protein & pumps. Kinda sad how they have to get spanked in the Garage Gym, Alpha Lion being such a part of the early channel life. Times they are a changing. Picked up PB & Gains back when you reviewed it. To this day my son's fave peanut protein, even though we never got Superhuman protein again, and tried the peanut flavour from all the protein brands that we,'ve had since then. And he's real choosy. Usually LOVE this flavour (Back when I looked Samoan I used to crush Samoas steady). Picking it up. Nice review. Glad you had a good time in FLA, but yeah, getting off that plane, getting out of that car, smelling that "own house" air, being "home" - nothing like it. 👍
