Some of the cuts are a bit too fast for me, would enjoy seeing a bit more gameplay in between them. But this was a fun tournament and I watched more of it for the doctor mario :) Jazar ftw

The stress from the last stock at 11:20 took 2 years off my life

This is why I love Ultimate. I swear EVERY character can do something competitive if somebody who is good af at the game dedicates enough time to them. Superb balance for a roster of this size.

Honestly what’s so satisfying watching low tiers win and upset tournaments is that they have no bs skill or cheat move and it’s just pure skill most of the timr

Been a doc main since day 1 ultimate brings tears to my eyes to see tsumosuto and now Jazar push the character to new heights

I love Dr Mario, really cool to see some people unlock his potential, that ROB reflection was insane.

1:35 Fun fact, Doc's cape has a 1.6x damage reflect multiplier over Mario's 1.5x. That slight buff was enough to kill Rob there. lol EDIT: Also funny Hbox yell.

A tier list only means how hard the character will be to play a lot of the time also we haven't seen the true potential of a lot of characters

I love playing Doc, and I think he def is underrated in some regards. He feels the most like a Melee character. With great but inconsistent advantage, and bad disadvantage.

doc is always gonna be one of the most fun characters for me to play as. definitely not my best by far but i love his gameplay

I think now is the perfect time to experiment and learn characters who aren't commonly used. Ultimate has such a big roster that there's no way we've seen everything they all have to offer. We'll probably get a new smash game before we even touch the surface of what every character can do. Look at games like Marvel Vs Capcom 2 and Tekken Tag 2, both have big rosters that wasn't fully explored. Now when you go back to them? You see character combinations that you wouldn't have thought worked. Don't be afraid to bust out your for fun mains because they might be just as good as your actual mains.

I only started playing Doc once I realized he was my worst character. I started maining him as a joke but... 18 months later he's easily my best. Practice means everything

True. He has one of the worst recoveries in the game and I think has the lowest jump. He doesn't jump high at all but with all those negatives comes positives with the damage output with all of his moves.

Don't hold your breath bruh. Iirc he was voted to be in Brawl. However he's too iconic to be removed. He's an important character in gaming history, one that helped start the console wars in the early 90s.
