Bodyguard was aired in last year's October and completed in the end of november. and if I'm not mistaken so this Grahm Norton's show episode was probably aired somewhere in april... so it's actually makes sense that he is bombing spoilers because it's already have been 3 or 4 months now since the show has ended

Keeley is just AMAZING!

Her character in Line of duty as Lindsay Denton absolutely giving me chill !!! One of the best portrait of character by any actors by far. Im so surprise she didn't get any recognition with the series. Very underrated actress indeed !

Came here after episode 3. Thank you Graham, for adding to my depression. But, by God, I was not expecting to be hit by a truck with this show. So rare for a show to be this unexpectedly good.

+V B - Which is saying something... Clearly Line of Duty has been an immense success for the BBC, and everybody's been praising it since day one, yet compared to Bodyguard (which was written and produced by the same guy, incidentally) it seems underrated.

I heard “ma’am” when I watched the series too, but there were a couple of times in that compilation when it did sound quite like “mum” 😂 (and I’m Scottish). Still, you’d have to be pretty bloody dense not to figure it out.

I actually ship Julia and Dave. Their chemistry was unreal even though their characters were so focused on their respective occupational roles. It’s interesting that Dave was never a fan of politicians given his traumatic past battling in the Middle East and that he did show resentment while replaying Julia’s controversial speech, but as his duty as a bodyguard to protect her and develop a personal relationship with her made it hard for him to wrestle between her as “Home Secretary” and a “beautiful older woman,” and he eventually gave in to his soft spot of taking care of her at whatever cost.

Keeley Hawes is an absolute dream. ❤️

I first noticed her in the early series’ of spooks (around 2001 I think) but I’ve seen her in countless shows since then and nearly always end up enjoying everything she’s in. Because of this if I see her in the cast of something I will see it as a mark of approval and am a lot more likely to watch it. 😄

Keely Hawkes was perfect as the honest, elitist professional who is broken by her broken relationship and finds solace in the arms of a protector. Fully understandable. She was perfect! Love to see more of her in the future. She was a perfect partner to R. Madden -- a kind of Stringberg "Miss Julie." Wonderful and painful.

It only premiered in the UK in October/November last year so they are hardly “taking so long”. The second series had to be commissioned, written, filmed, post-produced and advertised, and it’s only May. Hold yer horses.
